Ayah! A tree! O_O
*She runs up to the tree and pokes it*
Me shall climb this tree. :3 She looks over at her and chuckles quietly. Not while I'm draped over Spike, you don't.
Twas exactly what I was thinking sweatdrop She grins in amusement. "You're welcome to tackle me otherwise. But not when Spike's asleep somewhere near me." She looks over between Cloud and Brooke, frowning a little.

Kitty-Kitsune Keola-Kun Kitty-Kitsune Solid wind passes through the island like a brisk creek through the density of the forest leaves. A sound like claws ripping through steel breaks the air as it churns and ripples, a large gash distorting its appearance. Brooke hopped from the dimensional rift in her usual way, landing softly on her feet, her gateway snapping shut behind her. Pale blue eyes bright and clear she turned her head around to smile at the cub curled up around her neck and snoozing soundly. Keo looks over and smiles, to comfortable to do much more than wave her tail at Brooke in greeting.

She remembed the midwife tales that her mother had told her, and at such a perfect moment to recall as well. She was frozen, she couldn't move or speak or do anything but stare into space. She was a prisoner in her own body. Eclipse turned and pawed at her arm, mewing in a worried fashion. His calls become louder and more urgent. Keo looks over worriedly, then gets off Spike and runs over. "Brooke? Brooke?!? Are you okay, honey?" She panics a little and scans the area around her for Cloud. Cloud! Get your a** over here! Something's wrong with Brooke!

Brooke gasped, she couldn't breath, her lungs struggled to grasp air but it felt as if invisible hands of ice were gripping them with a death grip.
"You...You filthy little vermin...Release me at once so I may find myself a more reasonable vessel!"

Kitty-Kitsune Her eyes were dazed and foggy as if she were blind, and her face was as blank as a sheet of white paper. Brooke was like an empty shell now as she battled her emotions boiling inside of her. Her ears heard what was said but she did not respond. She was beyond reaching, and that too familiar chilling voice taunted her in her awaking sleep.
"I knew it girl, I knew you were as worthless as your b*****d father claimed. I spent my weight in gold for your scrawny hide, went through all the trouble of finding a suitable host, and a wench like you is all I can muster? I must be losing my touch..."
Brooke gasped, she couldn't breath, her lungs struggled to grasp air but it felt as if invisible hands of ice were gripping them with a death grip.
"You...You filthy little vermin...Release me at once so I may find myself a more reasonable vessel!" Keo's eyes widen, and she pulls Brooke down beside her, trying to get her to breathe. "Brooke?! Come on! Breathe! You have to!"
