Liv smiled fondly as Lavi mentioned her antics. She pulled back again to look at him, slipping her hands into his, giving them a squeeze. She wanted more than anything to tell him that she was really a part of the Noah family now. Lavi had always been close to her, and they shared many secrets with each other. Lavi had told her about dating Sil, and many other things...his fears and worries, even. In truth, she owed Lavi the real explanation for everything. If anyone should know about it, it was Lavi. And she really trusted him; She trusted that he wouldn't tell anyone until she wanted them to know about it. She was also worried, though...worried about what he would think of her afterwards. Would he still want to be friends with her? Would he hate her? She really needed him to know, though.
"Hey...you look like you've been training really hard. Do you want to meet me in the kitchen in a little bit? I should let you get changed, " she laughed, "I promise I'll be there."

"Oh, yeah..." He looked down at himself in his training clothes, having forgotten what he'd been planning to do before he came across her. "I'll be quick about it." He smiled and started jogging down the corridor towards his room, turning around and jogging backwards a bit to grin at her. "I'll see you there."
After a record time shower and a change of fresh, clean clothes he made his way to the Common Room, crossing the empty room to the kitchen door and entering it. "You here?" He greeted Liv, who was there as promised, with a mock gasp.

"You look much better now that you've cleaned up," Liv laughed as he came in with a mock gasp. She had just finished preparing the hot chocolate and set the two mugs on the bar, sliding onto one of the stools.
"So," she cleared her throat a little, "How is everyone..? How is Sil? I hope you two are still doing alright..you know."

Lavi ran a hand through his wet hair in an attempt to get the strands out of his face, but even wet his hair would not yield and it flopped right back to its usual messy way. He shrugged a little, giving up on it, and took a seat on one of the stools as well, cupping his hands around the warm mug.
"Everyone seems to be doing okay now things have calmed down again. Sil, she... seems to have gotten herself in a little trouble with some magic business... but I think that's being handled." He frowned a little, not sure if Mizaka was right about Sil being able to control what she'd done with Eira, but he was going to have to rely on the young girl to get her out of trouble because he had no idea what to do. "We're doing alright, though... it's just frustrating having to keep it a secret. I know you don't think we have to, but..." He recalled their conversation in the little cafe they'd gone to before the attack. He shook his head a little. "It doesn't matter. It's more than before and that's enough. How have you been...? And Luci?" He smiled, remembering the little girl who'd helped him out. "I never knew you had a daughter..."

"Oh, is it about Eira? That Sorcery...like General like Apprentice," she laughed, "I've been..you know. Dealing with some things. Luci is doing well, she told me she finally met you. I actually only had her a couple years ago...but speaking of Sorcery, an old friend actually used some magic to uhm...accelerate her age. As for the secrets...I know what that's like...," she trailed off.
Absentmindedly stirring her cocoa, she looked away from him. The moment was approaching, the moment where she had to tell him the truth. She felt her nerves starting to boil up and pester her, her stomach turning. With a sigh she set her spoon down and looked at him again. Taking his hands in hers for a second time that night, she looked at him seriously.
"I really care about you, Lavi. You're probably..my closest friend..truly. You've shared so much with me, and I've shared so much with you. I..don't like keeping secrets from you. I really love you. So...there's something that I want to tell you. I don't think that I need to make you promise not to tell anyone. But...please promise me...please say that you won't hate me," she looked at him a bit desperately.

Kiah stomped into the Common Room with an ice pack held to the top of her head and a glare on her face, looking around to make sure the area was devoid of life. After a little incident in Komui's office involving a few less than graceful scientists and a large stack of books, Kiah had been avoiding anyone and everyone. She was afraid that they'd hurt her already bruised body or worsen her horrible headache.
Seeing that the room was clear, she collapsed onto the couch with a wince and leaned toward the table, resting her head on top of her folded arms in an attempt to soothe the pounding. Kiah had decided this was the best position to rest in without lying down, as she didn't want to accidentally fall asleep in the Common Room of all places.
(( Yay for commercials! ))

((Mizaka's been out of the action for a while, so it's time to bring her back~))
Mizaka opened the door carefully and entered the Common Room. On her right hand she balanced a pot which contained a large red plant, and in her left hand she dragged a brown bag behind her. After putting the potted plant on a nearby table, she turned around and noticed Kiah laying on the couch.
"Hey." She raised an eyebrow when she saw the ice pack. "What happened to you?"

(( Welcome back, Jack! How are ya? <3 ))
Kiah groaned a bit at the sound of the door opening, not bothering to lift her head from the table to see who it was. She did tilt it to the side a bit at the sound of Mizaka's voice, and gave her a small smile now that the girl could see her face. Kiah gave her a questioning look when she glanced at Mizaka's weird assortment of items.
"Hey Mizaka, what are you doing?" Kiah grimaced at the question, "A few of the scientists dropped a pile of books on me. Gave me a headache, is all..." She shrugged awkwardly with her arms still resting on the table.

((I'm doing good~ Just eating some onion flavored rings.))
"Ouch." Mizaka winced a bit. "That must have been unpleasant." She looked back at the plant before reaching for the bag. "Oh, I just thought Charlie here was getting a little bored from sitting in my room all day, so I decided to bring him into a new environment. Also, it's feeding time." She pulled out a chunk of raw meat from the bag and as she did so, the plant's large bulb opened up, revealing large fangs. Mizaka threw the meat right at the plant, which it promptly caught in its jaws and devoured loudly. She grinned as she watched it feed.
"Mars Flytrap. Just like a Venus Flytrap, but more aggressive."

(( Mmm, those sound good... ))
"Charlie?" Kiah gave Mizaka a blank expression, trying to understand how a plant could get bored. She quickly caught on once the plant gulped down the hunk of meat, which caused the girl to widen her eyes in horror. Reluctantly deciding she was safe where she was, Kiah addressed the grinning girl with a shaky voice.
"That thing won't eat any stray people that cross its path, right?"

"Oh, not to worry; he's perfectly tame," said Mizaka as she threw another piece meat at the plant. "It's the wild ones you have to worry about. Thankfully, they only exist on Farrow Island, which is all the way out in the middle of the Pacific Ocean." She frowned a little as she watched Charlie devour the second piece of meat.
"This little guy is the only plant that survived the fire at Professor Jay's greenhouse..." Her voice had now taken a sad tone. "It really sucks. All of those exotic plants...he spent nearly a lifetime collecting them..."
((EDIT: Hi, Liv~))
