"Yeah, Kiah's right... there's no Mr... Rolf here." He assured her. For him, too, the name was unfamiliar, but whoever he was, he'd apparently done something that had made the little girl so scared and he did not like that one bit.
"Chaoe's under the couch..." He informed Michiyo without moving from his position.

Kiah flipped herself up for a second to look at Michiyo, face slightly red from the blood rushing to her head. "Hey Michiyo." Once she heard Lavi explain what was going on she dove back down, watching to see if Chaoe would come out.

She stared at Kiah, nodding.
When Sil touched her head she calmed down a bit, a few tears escaped her eyes.
Nodding, she crawled out and clung to Lavi, since he was the closest.

And hey Michi, lol. God I keep forgetting to say hi to people. >_>))
He smiled at the little girl encouragingly when she crawled towards them and wrapped his arms around her when she'd reached him to lift her up and put her down on the couch. He wiped the tears off of her cheeks and laughed a little as he brushed some dust out of her hair. "Newly refurbished and it's already a mess under there."
He wanted to ask her about this Mr. Rolf, what he'd done and where he could find him to punch him in the face if it was something bad, but decided it'd be best to let her calm down for a bit.

Michiyo nodded, taking all this in stride and sat down in one of the cushy chairs. "Any particular reason she's underneath the couch? Or, was?" she edited, when halfway during her sentence Chaoe emerged.

Kiah righted herself on the couch, sinking into it when black spots entered her vision from being upside down too long. She continued to blink until all was clear before looking at Chaoe and making sure she was okay. Determining she was fine, Kiah got up to collect the paperwork she'd accidentally whacked to the floor. "We're not really sure, but I'd wait awhile to ask her."

How many shows are going to agree with me on the awesomeness that is Firefly? I don't know how many have referenced the crap decision of cancelling it... That's gotta mean something. :I))

Lavi sat back down on the couch, put an arm around Chaoe and gave her a little squeeze. He shrugged at Michiyo's question, wanting to know the answer himself.
