Technically Ichigo never lost his powers against Byakuya. Byakuya stole the remnants of Rukia's powers from his body, and Ichigo trained with Urahara to awaken his own.

@Ichi: Your lack of a shirt makes me think they should totally make an animated item for guy avi's that just them flexing their pecs. I guess for the ladies it'd have to be one of those anime boob jiggles or something.

There's nothing after that. They aren't needlessly extending the story that has already reached a perfectly acceptable ending to continue milking the cash cow. @Demon: That sentence was referring to females. Moob jiggles are not in the least bit attractive.
