Malik's eyes snapped open, and he sat up, wincing at the feeling of being in a position too long...before his internal clock said time was way off. either he'd really, really overslept...not likely...or something else was off. after all, even with Keely, Dhairiss often got one of them up well before now. So might as well get up, and see to the youngest. maybe he was sick. or maybe they got lucky and Keely had managed to soothe him. A military timeclock said that something was not right with the time...but for now he was chaulking it up to too much wine on the table.

Yup, headache...but not quite a headache. Lifting fingers he pressed them to his temple and tried to rub the pain away. Wasn't pleasant and he just didn't like pain in general seeing as it was so familiar it was foreign and thusquite bothered when it did strike. A look over his shoulder though as his wife was apparently up as well. "I just got up myself...I don't feel too well..."
She gave a noise and a frown at him, rubbing at the side of her head as his sudden upstart without stop meant her getting whacked in the head with his body. That wasn't a pleasant thing to experience in the morning. "Malik you brute...gods..." Really really hurt. Made her feel even worse and he was just up and at it without so much as a good morning. Oh gods...did that mean he had a project that he didn't want her to interevene on and thus worked that particular brand of magic on her? Why did she always fall for that?
Keely was on her knees in the bathroom, puking her guts out she was pretty sure...not quite sure why she was so sick, but she had woken up feeling terrible and five seconds later here she was, miserable and paying homage of stomach contents.
-- Dhairiss was sitting next to the two, playing with a few toys on the floor as he was leaning back against Faate's side. He wasn't quite sure where they were, but mommy kept telling him that it was a suprise and what not. But his attention came up as the door opened and there was uncle Sevilin again.
"Time? Dear, all good things are rewarded to those with patience. But it is lunch time, what would you like?" Playing nice nice and role of father to children as he gestured them to get up and follow him, turning and walking from the room and down a hallway. "How are you all today?"

She blinked for a moment as nausea swept over her and frowned then rested her forehead on his shoulder. "Hmm...that's not good. And apparently whatever you have, I do too." Rolling over to reach for her bag on the side of the bed, she pulled out two vials, taking one and handing the other over. "Here, it'll help." It felt almost like she'd had her reverie blacked out or something...always woke up feeling discombobulated from that. "We should probably make sure the kids aren't feeling icky, too." Though if Kelligrin was he'd have been sobbing by now. He wanted nothing more than to cuddle up with someone when he was sick.
"Oh...right, I keep forgetting that." Which she wasn't supposed to and she lifted her brother into her arms and took Dhairiss' hand, happily following after her father. "I think chicken nuggets would be good and Dhairiss would like some cider too, wouldn't you Dhair?"
Kelligrin shifted slightly and then roused from reverie as well, getting fussy. Recognizing his father's voice, he turned in his sister's arms and reached out, already beginning to cry. "Daddy."

getting to the room of his youngest, and opening the door, though he could hear Keely throwing up in the bathroom. that wasn't good...wonder if that boy of hers got her...nah, Keely would have spilled that to Piper he was sure.
"Keely. is everything alright? Dhairiss up?"

He took the vial and merely set it back aside. He didn't want to take anything for it right now...he was usually resistant to that sort of thing anyway...pain just wasn't that normal thing for him. Getting up he gave a sigh and shook his head. "Just a weird morning." Something felt off, but a nod and he got himself changed and then headed to his eldest son's room, knocking on the door. He was half surprised that the boy was in there...and he only knew because the door was closed.
She coughed a few times at the sound of Malik's voice, hoping that her stomach was done emptying whatever was in it. "He's in the crib." Before gagging again and wretching a bit longer...okay so now her stomach was empty. Oh horrible way to start her morning...getting herself up she rinsed her mouth out and splashed some water on her face.
A crash of sorts and some noise as Malikhai's door bumped open and Yinn came sliding out, bumping into the opposite wall in a mess of himself. He gave a bark before Malikhai strolled lazily from his room and picked the creature up. "First you bit at me, then you jump like at fawn when I swat back? You're a trip Yinn."
-- Throwing up his free hand with a happy little skip to his step. "Cider! Yes!" Quieting himself then as he realized that he was using his outside voice when they were inside. "Please?" Still holding to Faate's hand and happy as ever at the moment despite the location.
"You'll remember eventually. Takes time sometimes to remember the important things." Leading them to dining room and speaking to someone briefly who went to go get 'food'. Or something that at least mimicked what they wanted. Turning to Faate he took hold of Kelligrin, holding him. "Now what's with the tears? No need for those."

Zahara rolled her eyes at the vial that he refused to take and sighed, then watched him go heading off to tend to the kids. She got her own self up, slipping a robe on and headed for her youngest's room, figuring Sevilin was handling the older group. Pushing open the door to the nursery, she frowned when her son didn't immediately begin to fuss but assumed he was just in reverie. Thus over to the crib and she glanced inside. No Kelligrin. Sevilin must be moving faster than she thought. Lightly petting through the sleepy ferret's fur, she scooped him up and cuddled him. Leaving the nursery, it was into her girls' room next, ruffling Lyssie's hair lightly. Faate's bed was empty but that could mean any number of things.
Lyssie blinked at her mother for a moment and groaned holding her tummy. "Mommy..." Thus, it was roll back over and bury herself into her covers.
Zykariel was half roused and he groggily glanced at the door. "Yes?" Then, shoving himself out of his bed and running his fingers through his messy hair, he strolled over, pulling it open and quirking an eyebrow at his father. "Yo." -- Faate giggled and ruffled Dhairiss' hair, letting her father take her brother and settling Dhairiss in a chair next to herself. She set a plate down for her brother in front of her father so Kelligrin could eat if he was hungry or not and then another down in front of Dhairiss.
Kelligrin buried his face in his father's shoulder, sniffling a bit more and generally fussy when he was roused from reverie but movements and whatnot. "Mommy?"

Malik gave a nod, and then moved over to the crib...before taking a look around the floor. then he was back in the bathroom, and took Keely by the arm lightly, trying very hard to keep his voice as level as possible.
"He's not in the crib. are you sure you left him there, and that he didn't get out?"
a military brain was already in slight panic mode. weird morning, internal clock messed up, and now a missing youngest son. not a good combination at the moment.

Father and son blinked at each other a moment as it seemed they were both kind of surprised to see each other. Sevilin tilted his head at his son, "You were still in reverie this late?" Which meant him as well as the other children were already late for their schooling...this was getting odd. All of them had stayed down this long? Every single one? Something wasn't right here...thusly the pondering worried look.
And why was he grabbing her in that 'come here and listen to me' manner? If there was anyone other than Piper that didn't fear Malik, it was Keely. So no, she wasn't impressed nor imtimidated...in fact she didn't feel the need to be, too sick feeling. "That's where I left him last night. He probably climbed out and toddled off...he's learned how to fiddle with the side enough to make it drop and then hop out." Yeah he was getting to that point where it was time for a bed.
Suddenly he got that epiphany look and rushed back to his room as his biological sense of time kicked in and told him that it was way late in the moring. "Crap!" He was late for classes! Thusly rather loud rustling and what not before he was running out of his room with his books tucked under his arm, still tugging on his boots and threading his belt. "Bye mom! Bye Dad! School! Late!" And taking the stairs two by two. Oh man so late.
Coming out of her room, Piper blinked as her son almost threw himself downstairs in his haste and then turned her attention to the yip that was given her, looking down to see Yinn watching her. "Well...it has to happen sometime." Picking up Yinn and petting at the now purring creature. Then a slight frown, something felt wrong but not at the same time.
-- Shortly, plates were filled with things that were indeed in look breakfast foods, but that was the good thing about illusions...made things look more harmless than they were. The process was going to be slow, but it was important that it was done properly...last thing needed was the children messing up the plans via revolt. Sevilin himself didn't eat, merely watched as they did and as Dhairiss sang between bites or was babbling at Faate. "Mommy will show up soon enough." Mayhaps an appearance was in order, not like it would be a trial to do so. "Aren't you having fun with just me and Faatallon and Dhairiss?"

Malik ground his teeth a bit.
"And I take it he's learned once he does that to fiddle with it so the he can put the side back up?"
before gently pulling Keely into the room and gesturing to the crib...before the mental alert went to Piper.
Dhairiss is missing from his crib. see if you can locate him, and drag whomever you want to help.
Before picking up his linkstone.
"Sevilin Inthara, answer me. It's important."

Zykariel yawned and ran his hands through his hair then shrugged. "You didn't ankle yank me this morning so I didn't get up." But it was unnerving to know that his father had been down just as long since Dad worked on an OCD schedule most of the time. Up dark and early, cleaning at least one thing a day and so on and so forth. "Mom was down the whole time, too?" Not that that would surprise him. He reveried like his mother did. Ah well, looked like he wasn't going to school today. That worked for him. Khai would survive, he'd been doing just fine the last few days.
Zahara ran her fingers through her younger daughter's hair and resolved to let her stay in bed until she felt better. "I'll get you something to eat. You're probably just hungry." Standing and heading downstairs, she passed Sevilin in the hall but saw him talking to Zykariel so didn't interrupt. "Faate, did you feed-" Breaking off as she entered the kitchen and found it exactly as it had been the night before when they'd eaten dinner. Faate hadn't been down here making breakfast and there was no happy to see her baby in his highchair. It was still pushed to the side, waiting for little Kelligrin to be seated in it again. Unease swamped her and she shifted her weight for a moment then walked back upstairs to find her husband. "Sevilin."
-- Faate knew it was her job to keep the little ones even if Daddy hadn't told her to do so. She made sure Dhairiss actually ate instead of just drinking cider and playing and Kelligrin would eat in his father's lap.
Kelligrin ate relatively easily, trying to give a piece of food or two to his father but like always, Daddy didn't want it. He drank his juice real carefully then grinned. "Lookit." But frowning for a moment, he seemed to think it over and then queried, "Is Mommy sad?"

"I've seen him do it before, it's no so far fetched...kind of like making a bed to him." The questions were annoying when she felt like her stomach was trying to leave her body via her throat, but Keely had alwas been patient when it came to Malik...who was now pulling her along to look at what he was talking about. Intending to prove a point she walked over to the side and leaned over, looking for the little piece of wood he had learned to wiggle loose and stash under his pillow. Frown though...that piece was still in place and tight as the last time she had fixed it. "Maybe someone got him up this morning...place it big, he could wander...." Though that distinct worried tone...after all she loved those kids like they were her own as well.
Those were words you never wanted to hear at all as a mother. Say what now? Sure little elves liked to wander off but he never went too far. Thusly on to searching all those normal places that he usually hid, or even the ones that Malikhai had used when he was small enough to fit, she was starting to hit that panicky mode. Okay think...eyes turned to the stairs that lead downward in the fortress...maybe his curiosity got the better of him? After all...he knew his father worked down there and was more and more wanting to tag along. Yes think positive...and go check down there.
"You wake up without me yanking you." Though he knew the child was just looking for a way to get out of his school. "Apparently we've all been." Today, Sevilin didn't fight it. His name was suddenly being called all over. One from an unhappy sounding Malik, the other by his wife who sounded less than comfortable about something. "What's the matter Zahara?" Catching his wife around the waist as she came up, it was a detour to their room to grab that linkstone. "And what's so important?"
Having blipped to school to make up for time...he was now on his way home, letting Kerick walk back...he was confused...he knew he had to go to school today, but it seemed that...there was none...but it wasn't scheduled days off...but he knew there was a session today...okay something was off.
-- The kid could drink, what was so great at that and why was he supposed to look? But he looked anyway and gave a nod to the child. So far so good for the last three days. "No mommy isn't sad. Why would mommy be sad?" Well any information he could get out of them and use later worked wonders.

"Are any of your children missing? We have a situation here with Dhairiss. something is wrong. everyone's internal clocks are out of wack, my youngest is missing at the moment. I want to know if there's a similar situation with you, and see if there's anything you can gather from your runings."
Giving a look to Keely.
"Get yourself something to calm your stomach, and help piper check inside the house. I'm going to look outside and around the stables. if he managed to get out there, we'll need to fix that."

"But I don't always get up." Watching his parents slip off, he shook his head and crawled back in bed. He wasn't feeling like doing anything today. Little paws walking on him had his fingers moving through the ferret's fur. "Why aren't you with Kel?" he wondered aloud then shrugged it off and turned his attention back to the matters at hand.
Seeing that her youngest wasn't in the room with her oldest nor was he in her husband's arms, that twinge of unease became full-fledged. "No one is in the kitchen. If Faate was up already, she'd have eaten breakfast and you know those kids don't clean up the way we'd like them to. They try but there's also some evidence of them being there. And...why don't you have Kelligrin? Did you set him down somewhere?" Malik's words didn't help either. "Missing children?!"
-- Kelligrin tilted his head at his father, frowning. Why would he have to ask that question? He always knew why Mommy would be sad. "Mommy sad when Kelli go bye bye without telling. Daddy and sissy come too. Leave Mommy."

Galesen woke up with a loud yawn, he had a nice reverie that seemed to have gone on a lot longer than it usually would since after all this internal clock would wake him up after awhile. Still the memory was nice though now it was time to face the day. Without much thought he slipped out of bed and went about his normal routine, all the while he thought of Twilight. He has gone there for the past three days and yet he had found the doors locked every single time. Today if he was to find them excatly the same he would try and break in even though it would be him verus foretress.
A half an hour later he appeared in Twilight, looking around he didn't see the family but everyone else was busy. "Piper? Malik?" Hmmm where were they? So he went for a walk, after all the place was pretty big who knows where they are now?

He chittered at the boy before burrowing under his tunic and curling up on his stomach. He was still a sleepy creature and if there was anything that Zykariel and Nym had in common...it was being lazy and eating.
"I thought you got Kelligrin...." And now things were starting to add up and the pile was getting rather intimidating as Malik seemed to be confirming similarities to what was going on here and what was going on there....flare of paranoia. "Neither I nor Zahara have Kelligrin and Zahara says Faatallon hasn't made an apperance yet. And we all woke up...oddly today. Something hasn't felt right. I'll check things and then we'll be over. Zahara, gather up the kids."
Keely nodded and headed off, first grabbing some peppermint for her stomach and then heading off to where she'd been informed Piper had gone...the two woman practically rammed into each other as Piper came up the stairs and Keely was heading down. "Is he down there? Malik said he was going to go check the stables."
"No he's not down here. I mean...he feels alright, but he's just not around..." Which was highly worrisome. She could feel him, but she couldn't pinpoint him like she usually could via bond means. It bothered her immensely.
Malikhai dropped down off of Kerick and took hold of his reins, walking his friend into the stables and thus his stall, untacking him. He really didn't get it...maybe Zykariel just forgort to tell him that there were random days every now and then? But that didn't make sense...mom and dad had a schedule of everything that place did and when...
-- "Oh mommy knows, no worries. She just doesn't know why but she knows you're gone and that you're with me and your sister. You shouldn't worry. Do you want to talk to mommy?" Sending a mental message to his companion on the matter as he pulled a stone from his pocket. It clearly wasn't a link stone, but apparently was going to act like one. Soon as someone got her vocal cords in order if the child did want to be soothed in such a manner.
