Looking down, she nodded.. The water was almost below her ankles now.
"There are a lot out tonight..."

"You might not have a choice if you're weak.."
She watched the water.. It was almost gone now.

Out wandering since the waters had receeded enough for her mind to let her, she went back to one of her usual haunts.. Sitting on the edge of the building, the time away had cleared much of the depression, thankfully. Her eyes rising to the moon, she smiled very slightly. She seemed calm as well. If her wolven side wasn't calm, neither was Xan.

Alexz looked around, there was Rikku and a stranger she had not met before. She looked at the buildings. Nobody. Nobody. Nobody. Xandora. She hadn't seen her in a while, maybe she should say hi. She blinked and appeared beside her.
"Hello." she said with a small smile.

Sensing someone else's presence, she glanced upwards.. The outline of someone else bringing a smile to her lips.. So she was alright, too.

"Evening." She looked down to the figure as she spoke, knowing it was a certain redhead vampire down there. Her eyes rising to Gabby, she felt a stirring of anger.. Soon quenched by the fact her Son and Husband were both far away, and safe. No rebels would get them.

"I'm not going to hurt them." Alexz said.
She looked forward, most of the elders did that. They thought she would cause trouble because she had fought with the rebels.

Watching the two on the roof, she felt relieved that it wasn't raining.. Stepping into the shadow of an alley, she kept quiet.

"If you attempted, I'd rip out your throat and watch you die slowly." She said, bluntly. "My family are my world, and if anyone crosses them.."

"I wasn't going to. I watched your house the night Kinikki came back to make sure everything was alright. I sent a letter when I heard the baby was born. Why would I try after I did that?" Alexz asked staring down at her swinging legs.
Her boots hit the front of the building with soft thumps. She leaned forward lightly, her hands pressed against the concrete of the roof ledge.
