[[ Lol, it's fine XD Maybe he heard through the grapevine? ]]
"It's good to be back!" she said happily, stretching out on the couch again, only vaguely remembering the instance he mentioned, as she had been dozing for half of it, "It's really amazing how you only realize how much you miss a place when you're away for a long time." She sends him a semi-stern look from her leaned-back position, "I do hope you've been making yourself useful while I was slaving away under the tyrannical rule of Bak-san?

(( QUICK!!! SOMEONE DEMAND A SANDWICH!!! ))
Kiah poked her head into the room, looking around to see if anyone had arrived. She spotted Michi and Erin talking on the other side of the room.
"Hey you two! What's going on?"

[ I edited it anyway. sweatdrop ]
He thought for a moment about what she said. He had never really thought of Headquarters as 'home'. In fact, he hadn't had what he called a home in a very long time. As of late however, he had found something more welcoming and comforting about the place. He knew in his heart what it was, but his mind refused to admit it, "Yeah....the people, too.."
He raised an eyebrow at her stern look, "And who are you to be worrying about what I have or haven't been doing?"
At the sound of Kiah, he turned to look at her, "Yo. Just relaxing I guess. Did anyone get groceries yet? I've been starving."

For just a moment, a more serious look passed over her face at Erin's addition to her sentiment. Yes, definitely the people... she agreed mentally, though not voicing the thought. Instead, she replied to his other comment, "Tsk tsk, as one of the few people who could still actually function, I had hoped you would have done your gentlemanly duty to help out, that's all." She ended with a grin, "Though I wouldn't blame you if you have just been taking it easy. It was very tempting."
She shot up as Kiah walked in, "Kiah! We're just hanging out, though I too am feeling rather peckish." Hesitantly, she added, "I don't suppose there's any chance of sandwich, is there?"

"Yeah, we've got plenty for groceries now!" Kiah answered Erin's question, then turned to Michiyo with a smile, "Sure! I can make you guys some sandwiches so we don't have to bug Jerry. He's been getting a ton of orders now that we have food... Anyway, do you have a specific kind of sandwich you like?"

Erin perked up at the mention of sandwiches, "That'd be great! I think I could eat about five," he laughed.
"What kind of stuff do we have? Is there anything to drink? Crisps? Biscuits?"

"Hm, I'll just have a chicken one, if you have it," Michiyo replied to Kiah, witha her eyebrow quirked and an amused smile at Erin's enthusiasm, "Though I think you might as well bring over a week's rations."

"Haha, slow down! We have everything that used to be in the kitchen, so you can have whatever you want! Except for coffee. I will make anything but that." She gave them a semi-serious look before laughing a bit.
"Michiyo wants a chicken sandwich," Kiah recited, grabbing a pen and a piece of paper to write down what they wanted. "I'm Kiah, and I'll be your waitress this evening! What can I get for you, darling~?" she asked Erin, putting an obnoxious amount of enthusiasm into her tone.

"Darling...?" he scoffed and crossed his arms, "Don't call me that."
He looked away for a moment, and then finally looked back, "Can I have turkey and provolone? With mayo...and lettuce, please. I can get the other stuff myself," he headed towards the kitchen.

[[ Hey Neko~ ]]
"Well, if we're all heading that way..." she said, getting up and hopping over the back of the couch and walking over to the kitchen too, "... I might as well get myself something to drink as well."
"And what's wrong with darling, Darling?" she quipped, grinning and giving Erin a nudge with her elbow as she reached him, "Not one for endearments?"

Erin swallowed a little when Michiyo uttered the word 'Darling' and nudged him. He knew quite well that under different circumstances, if she called him that, he would feel different. His heart jumped a little and he got very defensive, his cheeks turning pink, "No!"

"That's just how the waitresses back home talked! Sorry if that embarrasses you, Darling," Kiah teased, following Michi's example and leading the way to the kitchen. She threw the pen and pad back on a table in the room, knowing she could just ask on the slim chance that she'd forget what they wanted.
"Alright! Turkey, provolone... Mayo, lettuce, and chicken..." Kiah proceeded to grab all of the ingredients and start putting the sandwiches together.
(( Hey Neko! Welcome back! ))

"Hm, I think we hit a soft spot, Kiah," Michiyo remarked, still grinning. For some reason she couldn't quite put her finger on, she was more pleased with his reaction than she had expected to be. It was slightly disconcerting, but at the same time it wasn't.
She blinked a few times, clearing the confusing thoughts, turning back to Kiah, "I don't think I've ever asked before, but what's 'back home' for you?" Realizing it might be difficult, she quickly added, "Unless you don't want to talk about it, of course."
