Somewhat lacking, actually. Smeargle's best stat is Speed.
I actually came up with the evil idea of using Zoroark and Smeargle. Mwa ha ha.

That's okay, my friend made a team made entirely of Smeargle. I think it was based around Rain Dance. All I remember is it sucked. *has just had an idea for a Smeargle tournament*
