Mari had finished her egg, but was nibbling on a piece of toast. "Time waits for no man." She finished the toast and then finished her milk. She was piling the plates on each other and putting the forks on them so they would be easier to carry. She got up and took them to the sink, where she started to do dishes just to get them out of the way.

She couldn't give him a hug back because her hands were covered in water and soap. She just smiled and kept working on the dishes. "I'm glad you enjoyed it. Now what's next on the agenda. It's your birthday so you pick."

She finished the dishes and rinsed off her hands. She then turned towards him and put both of her wet hands on the side of his face and grinned. "What do you want to see?"

She just let out a giggle and walked into the bedroom to find something to wear. She picked out a skirt outfit and some sandles that matched. She then went to the mirror so she could put on a bit of make-up, but not too much.

She laughed and gave him a playful push. "Knock it off, you." She was done getting ready and now waited for him to lead the way.

When they got back from the city, she went to the fridge and took a small cake out. It was nothing big, but enough for the both of them to have. It had 'Happy Birthday' written on it in blue icing and it was a chocolate cake. She got a 2 and a 0 candle out and put them in the cake and lit them. "Sit down." She put the cake on the table infront of where he would be sitting and smiled.
