I saw an Ebay bid for a bunch of piano transcripts for video game OSTs. It was running pretty high. I remember FF and Chrono Trigger being ones featured in the collection.

7 had some good music, but I thought 6 and 8 had better songs.

I really didnt enjoy 8... I dont know... it was all romance themed... I thought there would be some cool military killing, like the first mission had lead me to believe... however it was not so.
But I will agree on it's music being wonderful.
And 9 had some good tracks as well.... omg.... I suddenly feel this need to whip out my psone and play around with some FF games -_-

Sir Langley I really didnt enjoy 8... I dont know... it was all romance themed... I thought there would be some cool military killing, like the first mission had lead me to believe... however it was not so. But I will agree on it's music being wonderful. And 9 had some good tracks as well.... omg.... I suddenly feel this need to whip out my psone and play around with some FF games -_- Well, as far as game was concerned, 8 wasn't all that great. I enjoyed the epiphany I had that the easiest way to play through the game and not have any trouble was to level up your GFs without leveling your characters by carding all enemies you run into, so you never gain experience, so the monsters don't become very strong, while the GFs allow you to junction just about everything, making you gross.

Oh! Junctioning!!
I think that was the only thing I enjoyed. It was so fun... more fun than the rest of that game.
I forget why and how I wound up at such a high level with all my characters at such an early point in the game...
I think one of my gaming friends wanted to have some kind of race to see who could max out their characters and GF's first.
That just made my game game sickeningly easy... which I was then thankful for, once that Rinoa whore stuck around... and refused to die... and insisted that I complete the rescue operation... several times... stare
