x3 You are allowed evil peoples. They just need to be approved by us if they are completely evil, like Silas or -cough- Cadeyrn -cough- >.> A character can be mean/cruel without being completely evil though.
If you have a character that you want to bring in and aren't sure if they are allowed just PM me and I will let you know. :3 Or post them and we'll PM you if there is a problem.

Like Faye says, they are allowed, they just have to have prior approval by either myself, or Faye. We aren't anti-evil... And you just have to know that we reserve the right to say they stepped over the boundaries and delete the offensive posts -nods-
But, for the most part, we're pretty laid back ^^ Also, welcome to TC! biggrin

Ah, hehe. x3 Well, there are at least a few evil characters whom you could interact with. I don't know about other peoples characters, but Cadeyrn would most likely ignore you. >.>
