*Chuckles, not meaning for it to be to loud. Taking a short step back until her leg met the railing, she spun to look down at the lower level. "Come look." Reaching forwards with her left hand, her hand, all but her index finger balled into a fist as she point towards the bar, two drunk, human males sitting there, one drinking the bloodwine as if he were in a desert and the drink was water, trying to get the other to try it. Knowing well why the one named Valic could not sence them, being as the blood and alcohol had made them blend in with the other 'drunk' beings around the place.*

Valic laughed, and looked back at her. "Watch they're eyes." And without giving her a chance to respond he vanished into the shadow as she looked down at the bar. The two drunks continued to drink every now and then if you was luck you would notice that they're eye's would flash yellow. Indicating that their was something more then humans in their.

*Offering a hollow chuckle just as he vanished, she knew he had seen the wrong two, for she herself almost had the yellow-tinted-eyed drunkards placed as humans.*

A young woman with a black braid down to her waist and tied off with a blue hair tie walked into the bar, looking a bit angry. Her eyes were a steadfast and sharp green that was accented by the blue of her tank top as her hair melded with the black of her jeans. Wearing sneakers with blue and black, Neko hardly looked like an elder meant to impose fear into those that defied her. Then again, she didn't look very Tainted without her cat ears, nine tails, and slitted pupils. She did, however, look like a woman to command respect, and that was all she needed.
Hardly giving a word to the bouncers, the Tainted elder made her way through the bar. She wanted another talk with Rogue, and one in which the older woman did not dominate. It would be impossible to get Rogue to meet her at the Ties, but still, even without the homefield advantage, Neko would be the one to dominate this time.

*Spotting the Tainted's enterance, she found boredom once more. Sliding her left forefinger and thumb into her left rear pocket, she pulled out a few bills, droping a fifty on the table for the drinks and service, she was near ready to be on her way. Something in the city was lingering, weither it was a good thing for her or not, she was not sure, but she was to be prepared. For now, she would look as the sweet Southerner people thought she was, uncomfortably making herself look human. She thought of the male who dared to get in her face, causing a hint of glee to cross her features even it was for just a moment or two. Arrogant if he were a vampire like herself, knowing that though she may not be the 'head' elder here, she over ranked over half of the elders by her years. She admired his courage, not every male you run into would bother. About ready to leave the place, she hesitated for a moment, still itching for that excitment. Since her travels, her life has been dull, almost to much to handle, and she was ready to change this, even if it is only a night or two of fun and/or plessure, be it intament or or not she did not care.*

*Rogue was made aware of the Tainted elder's presence the second she entered the bar. She dropped the human she had been draining in the upstairs room and went to her room that overlooked the dancefloor.

Serenity looked as Valic walked away. She lost him in the crowd, but soon spotted him on the balcony with a woman. She didn't bother to pay attention to them, it was of no interest to her. The bartender placed hers and Valic's drink on the bar. Serenity took a sip of hers. My, this is pretty good blood. She looked around, and noticed that Valic was no longer with the woman. Well, I guess I'll have to pay for both mine and his drink. She sighed as she turned around and leaned on the bar.

*Chosing to leave now, she lost her first chance of catching a glimps of the elder. Walking down the steps nearest the railing, she brought in all the sights around her, almost as if looking for someone. She headed for the door, her only option for now would be to roam around yet again, possibly return here after a bit.*

"Oh Rogue...come out, come out wherever you are..." Neko said in a slightly sing-songy voice, not audible over the loud music. But Rogue would hear. Maybe it would incite the other elder's anger enough to make the vampire come to the Tainted.

*Rogue heard her mocking voice. She hated the young elder for her attitude that she should not have considering her inexperience.
Rogue's annoyance was apparent, but if Neko had indeed found out about the vampire elder's slight gift....
Her attitude could be understood.
She made sure all her weapons were in place if the Elder wanted a fight...Her mind raced with what to think.

Though Neko was inexperienced, she was well qualified for the position she held amongst the Tainted. No one was promoted to Elder status without first having power, and having enough power so young meant that she would be a formidable opponent. Not only that, but her young age belied an itelligence and wisdom that the Tainted elder had gained over her short years, something that few knew about because Neko liked to keep people guessing. Only her husband knew all her secrets, and no one knew her as well as her husband.
"What's the matter Rogue? Afraid of a little Tainted elder like me?"

Kiriyama approached the nightclub.'Alot of blood coming from this place.' He smirked. It was perfact. Just the kind of place he wanted to have some fun. Before he eneterd he looked at the two bouncers gaurding the door.He could immeadietly tell they were vampires.He gave them a grin and showed one of his fangs to them. They seamed to smile themselves as they let him pass.
Inside the place was completly alive with music. He saw pletny of people around and had mixed senses all around him. As he went up to the bar to get a drink he noticed one vampire looking at him She had short brown hair almost boyish looking. She wore a sliver dress that sparkled with lights in the club. She walked over to him examining him."You new he stranger." Kiriyama grinned and ordered two drinks."Maybe. Just rolled in from Japan. Needed a night on the town." The vampiriss chuckled."Well I can show you a really good time. How about we head upstairs?" She said in a seductive town. Kiriyama smelled he scent. She was different then most of the vampires he sensed around here. She was a daywalker. No qustion about it. Perfact for him.'I can drain he dry and maybe even pick up her power.' Kiriyama nodded."Fine. Ive wanted to see how a New Yorker dose it around here."He said as she lead him upstairs.

She looked up, calm and casual, resisting the urge to light a cigarette.

Neko smiled widly, as if she knew a little secret...a secret that Rogue wouldn't want her to know. "There are only a handful of people in this world who are allowed to call me that, and you aren't one of them, Rogue. Come, surely there is a private place where we can talk about...certain matters."

It was amazing how much the city life and country life seemed to mirror themselves, though she gave it no mind. Flashing a slight grinning smile towards the gaurds as she passed by them for possibly the thrid time in the past couple of days. That as well she gave no mind, she would return to where she once sat over looking the dance floor and possibly get a few drinks before heading back to her hotel.
Once entering, she did what she had planned to, sliping past an odd looking one who seemed to be talking to someone out of sight, she gave no mind to the woman's words, that seemed to be what she was doing all evening. Returning to the same place she was not but a few hours ago.
Sitting on the bar stool, she had it where she could prop her feet up on the railing in relaxation. The loud music was tunned out immedately, having allowed her sight to fall on the odd looking one which she thought to be a Tainted.
