Sora laughed, his smile bright as he waved the bird off his head, which fluttered back to its nest. He gently took her hand and led her out of the grove and back to the courtyard. He didn't notice his cousin moping on the beach as he talked to Ghost, most of it getting advice on the ghosts he'd be trying to help.

Yuke perked up at the sound of his cousin's voice, and he was suddenly alarmed by the happy tone in said voice. He immediately headed towards Sora, and froze immediately. "You're not dead?" he asked, surprised to see Ghost there with him.

Sora looked to his cousin and smiled, laughing some at his cousin's expression. "Great, isn't it? You can pick your jaw off the floor now." he said, teasing his cousin very playfully.

Yuke stuck his tongue out at Sora, having recovered. "Well fine then; go be your smitten selves elsewhere. The gushiness makes me wanna throw up," he teased back, disappearing again into the gardens.

Sora laughed more, watching his cousin go off. He smiled and led Ghost inside, opening the door for her. What he didn't expect was everyone staring at them. But he tried to ignore it and get Ghost to ehr room without incident.

"Everyone vacate the main hallway, please," Jethrow's booming voice commanded, and within seconds everyone skidded away down various hallways. The wizard walked towards Ghost and Sora with a small smile, shaking his head. "I won't ask how you two managed it, but I must say Anastasia, I am quite glad you're alive. You don't seem to need Anya to check you over, but if you're feeling faint or anything at all frankly, feel free to tell her and you'll be excused from classes. Truthfully, I'm not sure what the proper recovery time from dying might be." With that, the wizard smiled again and turned, leaving Sora and Ghost alone.

Sora listened to Jethrow, glancing to Ghost when he said her true name, it making him smile a little. Once his great uncle left, he resumed his guiding Ghost to her room. He wondered how her room would change. Since she had changed, it might as well.

Ghost paid no attention to the idea that her room would change, even as she opened the door once they got there. However, the moment she pushed open the door, she paused, her eyes wide. The previous white-on-black color scheme had changed. Her window seat, which used to be black with no decoration, was now purple, with two blue throw pillows, billowing blue curtains, and a purple-painted shelf with dozens of colorful notebooks waiting for her to write in. Her bed, previously black with white pillows, was green, with purple pillows and a familiar zebra sitting up against the pillows, a bright orange bow around its neck. The black lilies had turned red with purple and yellow spots on the inside of the petals, and the butterflies had multiplied, fluttering around the room with its green and orange walls.

Sora looked around her new room and smiled, more. It seemed to fit her much better now. The sparrow stepped into her room, closing the door behind her once she entered. Sora opened his mouth to say something when a large butterfly landed on his nose, its wings almost blocking out his face.

Ghost turned to see the butterfly on Sora's face and giggled. It flapped its wings once, and Ghost stepped close to Sora, shooing the creature away, her fingertips brushing Sora's face as she did so.

Sora blushed some, feeling her fingers gently graze against his skin. He took her hand and gently held it, putting it to his cheek before kissing her forehead again. He was glad to have her back with him, and feeling even better that she didn't have to suffer with the ghosts anymore.

Ghost blushed as well, feeling Sora holding her hand and kissing her forehead. She wrapped her free arm around his neck and leaned her head against his chest, hugging him with a happy smile. This was all almost too good to be true for her.
Yuke finally returned to the castle and wandered around aimlessly. He wanted to go find Natalia, actually, but he was already lost in the hallways, so he determined that if he came across a familiar landmark, he'd use that to try and find her room.

Sora smiled and released her hand in favor of wrapping his arms around her and holding her close to him. He rested his head on top of hers, letting his hand stroke her back softly. He liked feeling her in his arms. It made him happy and yet very calm.
Natalia was currently cleaning up the potions room. Something to get Ghost's death off her mind, and some stupid student had a potion that had exploded, leaving a gross slime all over the place... How gross!!

Ghost closed her eyes and just stood there in Sora's arms, feeling safe. She pulled away a little, just her head, so she could look up at Sora with a cheerful expression. Two of the smaller butterflies came floating between them, then hurriedly away.
Yuke found the potions room, and he heard someone inside it, even though there were no classes going on. So, on a hunch, the prince pushed open the door and wrinkled his nose. The slime was disgusting in his mind, and he spotted Natalia cleaning it up. Using magic, he siphoned the slime off the walls and ground, shaking his head and moving towards the mute girl.

Sora smiled, blowing one of the butterflies away. As he looked back down at the girl, he thought a moment. But it only took a moment as he gave her a gentle kiss.
Natalia jumped a little when the slime was suddenly gone. She sighed gratefully and smiled up at Yuke. She thanked him for saving her from all that disgusting slime.
