But a city in mountains would be like Pronta. Maybe we should build an underground city. The whole water thing was annoying.
But I did want to restore Havocks old cities.

Hiro_Uzaki But a city in mountains would be like Pronta. Maybe we should build an underground city. The whole water thing was annoying. But I did want to restore Havocks old cities. yes....underground is good...as long as it's not in the water...my RPC is technically a cat after all, lol

Seuls is closest but they're also Mage guardians. They are in the customs area but you'll have to see if they were approved yet.
