Lol My mom is..... PURE French
My Dad is Half French Canadian and Half Native american.
So all in all, Average Hight, Darkish skin, an accent.... and i keep getting ******** called ASIAN FOR SOME REASON! scream

I'm a non-violent person, doing that's against my policy. (Policy: I don't start fights, I end them)
Also, my brother wasn't being malicious about what he did, he's just a selfish a*****e that doesn't think of other people most of the time. He did save my post so I could finish it, he just didn't care to think that at 2am I'd, you know, need to sleep.
Anyway, its probably because the french/canadian background gives you light skin while you have native american features. Native americans are genealogically close to the oriental asian cultures. Plus, most americans are bad at guessing non-european backgrounds in my personal experience (of course, this is excluding their own background.)
Me myself, I am part native american and part chinese, but mostly black. (People usually don't believe that I'm black because of my avi...)

Not ugly at all! I'd actually say you're pretty cute... much better than half the people who live around my neighborhood!
I'd never put my picture on the nets. Not only do I hate having my pic taken (you will not have my soul, vile flashy-box!), There's a lack of shaving cream so I look like a member of Al-Queda or something xd
