Nagisa watched Sora leave in another excited burst of energy. Part of her wished the girl would never have to live the life of a chuunin or higher shinobi. Of course, she couldn't act on such wishes, she would have to stop the Chuunin test altogether. Sora was going to find out what suffering meant soon enough... Like everyone else. Nagisa pulled out her genjutsu scroll and looked down it. Perhaps one day she'd have the power to bring peace to the ninja world, but today she needed to become stronger. She would need to help train genin for the exams, and then would need to be powerful enough to protect the weakened village. Today, she would bring her genjutsu to a new level. Quote: Ataeru Kanjoo No Jutsu- This is a fairly high level genjutsu where the shinobi temporarily changes the emotions of the target to his/her liking. The emotions imparted can be anything from ecstasy, despair, overconfidence, grief, etc. One would be advised against using this technique on teammates, however. After the effect has passed, the victim remembers the one who used the technique, and almost always with hostility. "Should have learned this one ages ago. Better now than never I guess." She practiced the handseals, a relatively simple set, the sequence was relatively straightforward to Nagisa who already learned countless other genjutsu. Even so, Nagisa took the chance to practice them and memorize them. It would be foolish to not take the chance now, and not remember later, even if it seemed simple. There wasn't much around in the way of a target, Nagisa called over a kid who was playing in the trees far off. When he finally appeared, Nagisa told him "Listen, I'm going to try and learn something. I need your help. Basically I need you to tell me how you feel, if you feel angry, sad or happy just let me know. If it changes let me know. Do you think you can do that?" the kid nodded, with a familiar childish cheer. Of course, she wasn't going to give him any strong emotions, since he was just a kid and less likely to understand everything when the jutsu ended. He was a teenager, probably the son of on of the village merchants. [post 1]

As her hands formed the necessary seals, Nagisa began forming her chakra into the mind effecting state required for genjutsu. She stared at the boy and directed it at him, giving the illusion of anger. She let the targeted individual see himself as angry, kicking at the dirt, screaming and losing control. As she sent these urging thoughts the boy stood there silent as a monk. Nothing was happening? or was he holding it in? Damnit I told him to tell me how he feels! An unusual anger built up in Nagisa as she waited for the boy to respond. Finally she said" Well what do you feel?"
"For a second there I felt frustrated, now everythings normal though." He said matter of factly.
Nagisa frowned. She wasn't going for frusrated... and only for a second? What had she done accidentally that had worked out? It obvious wasn't the process she was intending to work.

Finally Nagisa stood up. maybe I didn't give it enough chakra? she thought as her hands formed the signs that would forever mean Ataeru Kanjoo No Jutsu. "Aeteru Kanjoo no jutsu" she said aloud, as she focused the chakra. She did the same thing as before, but this time gave it an extra chakra boost. The boy sat quetly. Eventually he asked the question tt was so close to pushing Nagisa over the edge. He asked "Am I supposed to feel something?" Damn right! why aren't you getting angry?!?! She thought, her hands forming fists. Finally the boy reacted. "Why don't you answer me? what the hell, I thought you wanted my help!" Nagisa sighed, as all her anger cooled off. There was a trick to it.

Onefinal time she performed the seals, and formed chakra, and mouthed the name of the jutsu. Unlike before however, she didn't focus on showing the boy anger, she felt it. She directed angry felings that she temporarily created withing herself. Within moments the boy's cheerful face turned into a frown as he turned and stomped away. Nagisa heard him shouting something angry, but didnt bother to listen. Breaking the emotional link, she smiled. The jutsu was a success!! She thought of all the ways emotion could be used to her advantage. Even if it was only temporary.

Haruka was...still in the training grounds. Only God knows since when and why she was still there. Maybe someone decided to leave her like that, or she was forgotten for a while. Anyway, now that Haruka was back to action, she would begin to train while she still had time. For that, of course, she would need someone or something to learn from. Scrolls, possibly. During the time she was...away, something has caught her interest, the use of seals. She was interested in that already but that was the time she had found to learn more about it, if possible.
Haruka left the training field and went to where she could get permision to learn it and a scroll if she was lucky enough, the Raikage's office.

-------------------------------- (totally dont feel like training right now... time to make things interesting... Nagisa glanced at the sun, and realized it was getting late. She would not be able to learn any more today. She needed to find the Kage, and find out what the other village Ninja are up to. The quickest way to do this would be... Raikou Bunshin no jutsu!" Four raiton clones appeared in poofs of smoke seconds after Nagisa performed the seals. Looking at the bunshin Nagisa explained to be sure everyone was on the same page. "Allright, I want to check up on Kumogakure's shinobi and find out what everyone is up to. The only one's I really need an update on are Sora, Ken. Raiden and Haruka. I want written reports so I can simply hand them over to the Raikage when I get them." At that, all of the bunshin launched themselves in separate directions to search the village and Nagisa began walking calmly towards the Raikage's tower. She was hoping the clones could report to her before she got to the tower, but didn't believe it was necessary to wait. So she would take her time instead. [exit] ((I am ashamed of myself. Hibari had walked to the training fields, while wondering if he would be able to find someone who was able to teach him the jutsu of his clan. He wasn't aware about the location of other clan members so his only hope was to meet one of them around the village.
For that purpose, Hibari could rely on his enhanced senses. But before that, he would wait for a while at the training field and probably use the time he would spend there to continue learning.

 _______________________Amori Chiyoe_______ Kumogakure / Teaching Master / Sp.Jounin / NPC Entering the training ground, Chiyoe had a bored look on her face. In fact, she's been rather bored for the past few days. With the village in lockdown mode, Chiyoe had been confined within the village walls with nothing of interest to satisfy her need for entertainment. '*sigh* Life in lockdown is sooooo boring...I'm surprised I'm still sane...' Blowing a semi large bubble with her grape flavoured gym, Chiyoe allowed it to pop before using her tongue and teeth to help pull it back into her mouth. Chewing on it, Chiyoe raised her left hand and began twirling on a loose strand of her pale green hair. "So bored..." Chiyoe uttered softly under her breath as she stared up at the cloud filled sky. Since she was so absorbed in staring at the uninteresting sky, Chiyoe didn't notice the other person in the field and accidently bumped into him. "Ah...oh, sorry kid. Didn't see you there. You here for some training?" Pushing the gum to the side of her mouth, Chiyoe continued to chew on it while she waited for some sort of response from him.

There is a dragon hidden in the clouds
Hibari was about to pull out the scroll with Katon jutsu he had and continue with the Katon jutsu, when something called his attention. It was the scent of another person who walked in the training field. But, he noticed the scent too late. When he was going to turn around, a green haired woman bumped into him.
"Are you okay?" the genin asked automatically, but then he heard the kunoichi asking if he was there for training. "Yes I am. I'm currently looking for someone capable of teaching me the jutsu of my clan." Hibari replied.
After a brief pause, had a feeling that there was something missing...but he quickly remembered. "I'm Hibari Dragonil, a genin of the Dragonil Clan. Pleased to meet you." Hibari introduced himself and smiled politely at the kunoichi.
Hibird, who was on Hibari's shoulder, stared at the green haired woman. "And this is Hibird." Hibari introduced his pet, noticing the awkward stare of the bird. Hibird didn't stare at the kunoichi for too long and flew to a tree nearby. If Hibari was going to learn jutsu of his clan, it could be dangerous for him.

_______________________Amori Chiyoe_______ Kumogakure / Teaching Master / Sp.Jounin / NPC Still chewing casually away at her piece of gum, Chiyoe heard his response and simply nodded her head in response, too lazy to respond right away. Eyes turning to stare at the petite yellow bird when it was introduced, Chiyoe saw it give her an awkward stare before flying off. 'Guess it's just a regular bird...' Slipping her right hand into her item pouch wrapped around her right thigh, Chiyoe pulled out a small napkin. Delicately raising it to her lips, Chiyoe spat out her gum and wrapping it up, placed it back into her pouch to dispose of later. "Name's Amori Chiyoe. You're free to call me by my surname or my first name, either one works for me."
Pausing for a bit, Chiyoe thought back to his words and recalling that he wanted training in clan techniques, wondered if he even poccessed the neccessary materials. "Training in clan techniques right? So, do you happen to have a scroll for it? Members of the Dragonil clan are pretty rare. Think the last was we had was like two generations ago..." Trailing off, Chiyoe pondered her own response for a bit...'Speaking of scrolls, I wonder if I might have one on me...I usually don't carry minority scrolls but...'

Hibari listened to her introduction and made sure to memorize the woman's name. 'Amori Chiyoe' She was going to teach him so he had to remember her name.
"Unfortunately Chiyoe-san, I do not have a scroll of my clan in my possession right now. I was an academy student until this morning and all I got after I left the academy was this Katon scroll." Hibari replied, as he pulled out a scroll from his pocket. "It has just E and D ranked jutsu." he commented and wondered if she had a scroll of his clan. Even though they are not common, as a teacher, it was possible that she had one with her. At that moment, he noticed that she looked like she was in questioning herself about something too. "I hoped I'd find someone with one, or someone who could get one, and teach me."
Hibari knew that it was possible that Chiyoe didn't have the scroll with Dragonil Clan jutsu, but if that was the case she would be able to get one, considering that she was a higher ranked shinobi.

'Guess they do try to keep things limited for newly promoted Genin...' Nodding her head again, Chiyoe spoke in a energetic and considerate tone. "First off, congratulations on passing the academy and secondly..." Raising her right arm, Chiyoe twisted it so that her palm was face up. Bringing her left index and middle finger to where the pulse is usually found on the wrist, Chiyoe gentle fingered the seal she drew onto her glove. Fingers glowing a soft forest green, Chiyoe released the seal and in a cloud of smoke, a small knapsack appeared. Gripping the straps with her right, Chiyoe began searching the contents of the bag with her left. "What do you know, it seems I do have one in here. Guess I was curious to its contents..." Dropping her knapsack to the floor, Chiyoe unraveled the scroll and began skimming through the content.
"Alright! This first technique seems interesting enough, shame I can't learn it. Seems interesting," Bring her hands up, Chiyoe pressed both palms together as she took a moment to consider how to break down the content. "So, the first technique is known as the 'Eat Fire' technique, and the key thing you should keep in mind when performing this technique is that you can only eat flame techniques that are not your own. They also have to be techniques equal or lower to your current rank. Meaning any techniques over Genin or D-rank level will burn you. Got it?"
Pausing for a few seconds, Chiyoe gave Hibari time to absorb the basic information. Sure that he most likely already memorized such simple reminders, Chiyo continued with her explanation. "Basically, for this technique, you catch the fire technique sent your way, swallow it and using your own chakra, you break it down into excess chakra. Let's give it a go shall we?" Backing up a bit, Chiyoe whipped through some easy handsigns and created a small flame shuriken that she sent flying towards Hibari's location.

Description: A relatively basic katon, this one uses chakra to coat a metal shuriken or a kunai with fire. It is done so that the user first throws the shuriken, then exhales from his or her mouth a small flame that ignites the chakra-coated projectile. If the attack succeeds, not only will your opponent be hurt by the shuriken or kunai, but he will also suffer from burns.
Note: Only one projectile at a time.

There is a dragon hidden in the clouds
"Thank you, even though it wasn't difficult to graduate, I know how important it is." he said in response to her words.
As she started to draw something onto her glove, he wondered what she was doing. But then he was surprised by the fact that Chiyoe had a knapsack with scrolls, sealed and just waiting to be used. Hibari couldn't help but think he was right when he came to the training field looking for a teacher.
"Eat fire...With that technique I can satisfy my curiosity and find out the taste of flames." Hibari said to the kunoichi as she mentioned the first technique. After the explanation was finished, the genin was ready to try it. "Alright, let's do it." he said. His fangs could be clearly seen while he spoke.
Right after, as the flame shuriken flew towards him, Hibari brought one of his tonfa close to his face. If he was unable to eat the fire at once, he could get hurt so he wanted to avoid that kind of problems. Meanwhile, he also prepared his chakra properly, to drag the flames into his mouth and then turn it back to energy that would restore Hibari's chakra. [1/2]
The small flame shuriken, did not get instantly swallowed as that was his first time performing the technique, but he managed to drag the flames quickly enough to not let it injure his arm or face. The shuriken barely touched the tonfa.
Once the flames were within his mouth, and as they went down to his stomach, they were quickly broken down into pure energy that was absorbed by Hibari's body. He felt as if his energy and chakra were slightly restored and put his tonfa back into its holster. "Your fire is really tasty. Thanks for the meal." Hibari said to Chiyoe as he had a smile on his face. He was happy that he had started learning techniques of his clan. [2/2]

It would appear to be rather difficult as Hibari took a while to digest it before he returned his weapon to its holster. Smiling at his comment, Chiyoe nodded her head in acknowledgement before bending down and picking back up the disgarding scroll. Brousing through it once more, chiyoe frowned when she came to a realization of the next few techniques. 'All rated C-rank and above...'
Turning to face Hibari, Chiyoe waved him over before showing him the contents of the scroll. "Take a look Hibari, it would appear that the next few techniques are all rated C-rank and above. At the moment, there's limit as to how many high ranking techniques you can handle so which one or ones would you like to learn?" Normally, Chiyoe wouldn't give her students a choice but seeing how high ranking techniques were limited to them in general, she'll let him choose which ones he rather learn.
{Alright, so you're limited to only 3 C-rank techniques at Genin and bloodline tech counts towards this limit so its up to you how many of your bloodline tech you're willing to learn. Just saying cause the next few ones are all C rank and higher. Oh, and sorry for not adding in the used jutsu. I accidently forgot.}

As the teacher nodded in acknowledgement, Hibari understood he had done it properly. But at the moment after she had smiled, she frowned while reading the scroll. He did not see her frown though, but he wondered what took her attention and made her silent.
When he was called over, Hibari walked to her right away, listening to what she told him. "I understand. I can't do anything about that right now so there's no reason to complain." he said and took a look at the techniques of the scroll. 'Roar...Claw...Iron Fist...Flame Elbow...' he knew he would learn those four jutsu sooner or later, but only three of those could be learned by him at that time. "Alright, I've decided." the genin said as he was already certain of his choice. "I want to learn Karyū no Hōkō, Tekken and Enchū"

Its been awhile since she taught a student that actually listens. 'Most of them are either to arrogant or just plain dumb...' Nodding her head in understanding, Chiyoe took the scroll back from Hibari again and began memorizing the explaination for the Karyu no Hoko. 'An interesting technique indeed...'
Releasing a sigh, Chiyoe felt confident in her mental breakdown of the technique and dropping the scroll, turned to face her student. "Alright Hibari, we'll be starting with the Karyu no Hoko and lucky for you, its rather similar to a Katon C-rank tech known as 'Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique)'. That means you'll be able to have a bit of a visual to go by for this one." Pausing a moment for air, Chiyoe quick ran through her lesson in her mind. 'Alright, chakra...ring of fire...runes...exhale large ball of fire...Got it.'
"Okay, so basically, for the Karyu no Hoko, you create a ring of fire using your chakra and then you exhale a large ball of fire. The difficulty in this is focusing your chakra so that you create an external substance. You need to focus your chakra into the surrounding heat and then you have to mold it into a ring. Once you got the shape down, you then need to use your chakra to set it ablaze. Next, you once again use your chakra and create several runes around your ring of fire. " Stopping momentarily so Hibari could absorb the information, Chiyoe mentally wondered if she explained it in enough detail or not. 'Oh well, beggers can't be choosers...just hope he can at least perform the jutsu. Mastering can come much later on...'
"Alright, continuing from where I left off, once you finish creating your ring of fire surrounded by runes, you then fill your lungs with chakra and infusing it with the heat inside of yourself, you exhale a large ball of fire through the ring of fire, which increases the fire's intensity, and out towards your target." Releasing a tired sigh, Chiyoe hoped that the second half came out clearer than the first. Turning to her right, Chiyoe faced the empty training field and she brought both hands up to her chest.
"Its not much, but this demonstration will at least give you the just of how the technique should look like. But in your case, yours is a flaming ball of fire." Done, Chiyoe began breezing though a long set of handseals and ending with the tiger seal (totally made up), Chiyoe softly uttered the jutsu's name before inhaling a deep breath. "Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu." Exhaling out, Chiyoe released a large portion of flame that appeared rather danse. In truth, this technqiue was denser than most but because of it, its also more explosive by nature. "Well, I hoped that helped. Good luck. If you need me to further break down anything just ask." Facing Hibari, Chiyoe flashed him an encouraging smile before taking a casual stance. 'Hopefully this turns out as well as I hope...'
{You sure? If you make all three C-rank bloodline techs, then you can't learn any universal or Katon C-rank tech that may prove useful for the chuunin exams. Just saying, you shouldn't forget to explore your options.}

Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique)

Description: Uses a high amount of chakra which allows the user to breath out a large portion of flame. Extremely powerful, this Katon seems to possess a denser mass than most Katons. This would explain its intense potency and explosive nature.
