How often are the VC and Kage's expected to log on? Atleast once a day? Once every 3 days?... Just asking.

The VCs and kages are people just like everyone else, and susceptible to the same troubles as everyone else. Despite that, we do expect them to retain a good level of activity. Most manage to get on at least once a day, while in some situations they only get on every few days or just go without posting for awhile.
If you're waiting for a kage or VC to post and they don't seem to have noticed you, just drop them a PM if it seems like it's been awhile too long. Sometimes they just don't notice everything.
Don't do it to Gregar unless it's been several days though. He's pretty busy.

It is mostlikely that I will be accepted. I have already shown the Kage links to my RP and she said she would allow it if my RP was good, which it is.. And the VC is an old buddy of mine.. So.. Yeah.

iHuntur I am actually waiting on a PM to come back from a Kage and VC about being Auto-ranked... It is mostlikely that I will be accepted. And is the VC Luo? @Hikaro Not true at all. If you read my note I said the BEST bloodline. I suspect that if people really want to win then they won't post anything stupid. And many people have ideas for bloodlines but aren't motivated enough to actually type it out. So this is motivation and based on Lance's Announcement, I'm guessing he wants to see more people motivated to submit bloodlines.

Please ignore that post... it was very wrong of me to say and seemed almost boastful that I was going to get accepted, which was not right of me. I apologize. I should be treated as any other member and put through the same process of patience.. today has SUCKED for me and I don't know why I posted that boastful comment. Had I not been quoted, I would delete the post, but it is too late.

So Huntur, my question to you is what attracted you to POTS? What was it that made you want to select to join us?

What was it that made you want to select to join us? It seemed a little boastful to me BUT it is important for one to project their self confidence in words and in laughter! OHOHOHOHO! Question! Do you think jutsus that involved the use and/or manipulation of blood would fall under Medical? (in light of the Coagulation and Transfusion jutsus)

That would depend entirely on just what sort of blood manipulation you were messing with. If it altered the quality of blood, such as a blood thinner, it would be medical. If it was one of those weird jutsu people like to make that let you turn blood into weapons, it would not.

I was thinking along the lines of a 'boiling blood' type thing or temporarily cutting circulation to a certain area. I would assume the latter would be Medical but the former....?

Yep. Boiling would probably not be medical. Cutting circulation would be.
Really, blood related techniques are hard to place. My recommendation would be to make an outright awesome bloodline for it. I've seen several people try, but none that were approved. If you pulled it off though, pretty much any blood techs you wanted to use would be available that way.

Cutting off circulation to an area is clearly in the family of the Gentle Fist. Though depending where the blood it cut off it could cause the blood to build up and make limbs explode. Which no one likes to approve cause exploding limbs bad, no one must be as bad a** as Kenshiro.

Er... No. First, the gentle fist stops chakra circulation. Not blood. There is a very large difference between the two, and for the sake of the weaker stomachs, I ask that you never try interchanging them. Second, stopping circulation won't make a limb explode. It makes blood in that limb stop moving, which eventually makes the limb useless. The heart isn't going to just keep pumping blood into an area that isn't moving blood. Being that I've never heard of someone's limbs exploding from cutting off circulation, it either doesn't happen, or is rare to the point where it may as well not happen.

err: leaf, mist, sand, cloud, and sound, i think? basically, every except rock
i have a question. well, more of a suggestion really: the deidara clan should be edited in my opinion. the first explosion jutsu, C1, is a chuunin rank one. so, if i'm correct, anyone below chuunin rank will have to use their only c-rank jutsu on a C1 bomb.....so yea, any help there? am i missing something important that bypasses this?
