"Hey!" He growled and opened his eyes slowly "You better mean there's nothing wrong with me" He started to lower his head slowly to see what his bottom looked like first
"Will you two stop fooling around, he's only been in the water for five minutes, the change didn't start for awhile for you Dessy"
He swam to the side of the dragon and plucked a scale If our demonic friend is a girl, hopefully this will at least change him or her back to a change
"I didn't know this would happen, I should've told you the other reason I came before, it was tell you stop attacking the mermaids, but I knew you wouldn't listen, so I didn't say it" He looked down as his mother spoke back to him in the same language
"I know, I'm just really not in the mood, sorry"

Dessy rolled her eyes. Her only concern was Levi...

He sighed and looked back up "At least I'm safe, I might not even have to look like you two, or become soemthing even worse"
"If only that wasn't a possibilty" She glared at Hellfire as her tail swung around faster
"Go it, now tell her we are all very sorry, but we have to go before there's another fish in the see" He swam away from the large koi dragon and bowed "Thank you Leviathan's mother"
He looked down "She wants me to stay, she doesn't want to live on the surface anymore, no Dessy" Bubbles came from his eyes as he looked at his mother "I can't mother, I'm not just a water dragon, I'm a friend with an earth dragon"

Levi...? She turned around trying to find him. Levi!
She sighed and sat up.
"No... you're just being you..." She scratched his forehead trying to remain level headed. "Somewhere far beyond today, I will find a way to find you. And somehow through the lonely night, I will leave a light in the dark... let it lead you to my heart..."

"She doesn't care, Despina is different from us, not because of what she is, it's just" "A water dragon was never meant to leave the waters, but my egg was taken out of the water and I grew custom to living on the land instead of living in water" He heard Dessy's cry, but didn't look towards the voice "I'm sorry, but if I leave, she'll die, the mermaids are too much for her"
He sighed and closed his eyes as his ears listened to the soft melody "Thanks Anja, it's good to hear your beautiful through my ears again"

Her panic kicked up a notch due to no reply.
Levi?! Dessy then did possibly the stupidest thing she could have done at the time: she swam into the open water alone.
Smiling, Anja let her arm drop to the ground as she changed back to gryphon form.
I knew that'd bring you back to your senses...

She grabbed Hellfire's tail and pulled him as she swam "We're going after her, the waters aren't safe, and you don't want be alone expecially looking like half a mermaid"
"I don't care about her, if she never slapped the scale on my forehead I wouldn't be turning into a female!?"
"Listen, I know she's your mothr, but she can handle the mermaids without you, she has protected herself for years, besides you two are the last of the koi dragons, Levi you have a task to do when you're older"
He couldn't stand it anymore hearing Dessy calling to him 'I'm sorry I can't mother, you have to understand!?" He swam away and ehaded towards Dessy's last cry "Dessy!" He looked around incase any mermaids were around Please don't let them find ehr, if they do at least make them think she is one of them, until i can get there

Levi! Hearing him reply helped calm her down a bit, but she still wanted to know he was alright. She swam as fast as her body would allow her to go, but it didn't seem fast enough.
You've been battling with your inerself as well it seems... Anja cooed quietly and watched him.

"Dessy, becareful" He saw a figure in the distance as he hoped it was Dessy
"Yeah, even as a bird, I'm still fighting human doubt" He sighed and alted on his back "I guess that's the only way to tell us apart from other gryphons, we have emotions"

Dessy coasted to a halt and did a look around to see if there were any mermaids around her. Only one shape that she could tell was in the distance.
Levi?
She laid down on her stomach and continued to watch him.
That, and the fact there really aren't any other gryphons around here.

She stopped as she brought Hellfire next to her and looked around "They're ehre, but they're not alone"
"Who and let go of me!" He wiggled around in the mermaid's hand as he tried to get away from Luna
"Dessy, it is you, right?" He swam faster and looked at the purple tailed mermaid and smiled "I'm glad you're not the queen"
"Oh, I'm not" She smiled and grabbed Levi by the neck "Then I guess I can't also freeze you then smash you to pieces either"
"No, Dessy, run!" He growled and bit her hand as he got free
"True, but there aren;t any humans around either, at least the only ones that were here became part of this mystic world" He sighed and looked in the sky "Maybe humans weren't meant to live here, or maybe the dragons were humans before, what if this land can change the species of a person into a mystical legend?"

L... Levi?! Where are you?! What's going on?! She looked around frantacly to try and find him.
I'd have to say that's a strong curse... Anja rolled onto her back and looked up at the sky as well.

She yelled and let go of Levi as red stream rain out of the bite but faded into tthe blue water "You brat, I should've crush you as an egg"
"Just run Dessy, I can't tell you right now!" He growled at the queen and bit her tail, but layers of frost started to form in his tteth as he let go
"I'm going to turn you into an ice scuplture and then into icicles"
"Yeah if it was true, but it's not like this place awakened the curse faster and that it made me go into your dreams?" He sighed and folded his wings over him "Or maybe it was use, maybe we are the ones that wanted to become these creatures, to be friends not guardians of he dragons?"

From the sound of his voice, Dessy could tell something was very wrong. She closed her eyes and prayed in her mind: 'Papa, give me strength...' With that said, she charged in the direction of his voice, her eyes turning ice blue.
She rolled slightly and looked at him.
But... we were their friends before we became like... well... this.
