Gen waited tapping a foot on the ground by the car. "I can't drive this thing. I'm use to driving on the left side of the road and last I checked, that's not right here."
~damn I'm hungry.~ she thought, looking off down the road and wondering how long it'd be till they were in town.

John turned around and faced Icarus. 'Just get me outta here' was written all over his face. "Fine, fine, I'll come, but I'm dragging Icarus along with me." He called to Noko. "Sorry about this," John said quietly to Icarus, "but as you see nothing has really changed here accept my attitude. When the others were here, it was so easy to run the brotherhood. But now going outside and blowing up something is the only way that I can keep from burning the house down... although I was pushed to that point, once by Pietro. I'll tell you about at lunch." John and icarus got in the back seats of the car. "Well let one of you drive. That way you can choose the place."

Noko sighed " excuse us" she said before shifting to her normal purple self picking john up by the back of the shirt and flying off down the road a bit and landing. " what is up with you?" She said crossing her arms her face wearing more of a look of hurt and confusion " If Im really that much baggage to you...maybe we shouldnt bother getting back together. Tell me now though so im not waiting around and waisting my life away ok?" She said her face turning more defiant as she shifted to her girl form.

Gen blinked at the sudden run away. "Well... that was intersting. SO, my name is Gen. yours is Icarus? What's your talent?" she leaned against the car, wondering just how long it was going to take for them to get going.

John started at her in confusion. For a couple of minutes he didn't say anything, because he was trying to figure out what was wrong. "Uhhh if this was about that 'this luggage' joke, then know it was just that; a joke. Noko if I really thought you weren't worth my time then I wouldn't have tried to get back with you in the first place. Don't take everything I say so seriously." He gave her a hug. "Although I was mad that you decided to try to kill me, by sitting on me and clogging my mouth" he said with a laugh.

noko sighed and sat down on the ground rubbing her temples. " Im sorry. I dont know whats wrong with me. " she said looking up at the sky. " Ive just felt so irritable lately. Only time i get that way is right before i get majorly .....sick. " she said pausing for a moment then groaning. " that has to be it. " she muttered." lets go out to lunch before i end up in bed with you babying me. " she said with a small smile.

Gen hummed and looked at her nails. ~Wouldn't take me too long to run off to mexico for a good Quesadilla...~ she thought, contemplating the benefits of shadows and travel.

"Well if you wanna get sick, you might wanna do it after lunch," John said hugging Noko, "cause I need a chance to calm down, and once I start taking care of you, I'll be on the edge. So now that we've gotten this conversation over with, how about we go get something to eat with our friends?"

Sitting in the car quietly he wished that he had time to stash his bag, the handle of one of his sai was sticking into his back and no matter how much he shifted it felt like someone was trying to stick a pole through his wing.
"Well..." Looking around slowly he shrugged, not completely sure about how he had let himself be dragged along. "Shopping.."
ooc: Baah different time zones suck! Here's me wishing y'all a merry christmas, happy hanukkah and that is where my re lessons stopped so if i missed any other religious holiday i didn't do it on purpose and i wish you a good one 3nodding

ooc: lol... egyptian stuff. a rug that has hyroglypic scenes all around it, a gorgeous bracelet inlaid with bronze, gold, copper and silver. As well as some clothes and perfume. ^^ And my christmas wish...
