[[ Meh, it takes me a lot more thought and concentration to keep a non-para-style post remotely readable D: So I vote pro-para-style <3 ]]

((I'm fine with parastyle. What I do in here is my version of extremely lazy parastyle. LOL. What I was talking about before was that my normal parastyle I'm too lazy to do in here, since I write a lot. ))

(( John: See you later!
Liv: I'm stuck on para-style now... It would take awhile to fix. I SUPPOSE she could make you a sandwich if you're gonna show up out of nowhere... <3 ))
Kiah had finally made it into town and was walking around, just enjoying some time away from her job. She had a large bag strapped to her back to help carry everything, but she knew once everyone had come back from the Asian Branch they'd need to go back to having food brought in for them. Kiah decided to get what she herself needed first and started walking to the pharmacy, not really paying attention to the people around her. She did send a cautious glace behind her back when she got to the doors, more out of habit than anything.
(( Hey Cross! How are you? ))

((I like para-style. Also, I have a doctor's appointment today, so I don't think I'll have much time today.))
Franzie pulled her long hair back in a ponytail in order to get it out of her vision. Upon doing so, one would notice more scarred features on her face, such as a small hole on her cheek that would sometimes enlarge whenever she talked. Her left ear was completely missing, though the lack of the organ didn't seem to affect her sense of hearing. The woman knelt down and examined Lavi's leg, gently pressing it with her thin fingers.
"Your muscle is still a bit torn. You may feel fine now, but you might damage it badly in the future if you do anything rough. Don't worry, though; I can fix it right up for you." Franzie placed her hand on the damaged spot and began concentrating. A warm red light emitted from her hand and onto Lavi's leg. After about a minute, the light stopped glowing and Franzie removed her hand. "How do you feel now?"

(( Thaaaanks emotion_awesome
@Cross: Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay. We miss you! ;o; ))
Liv was keeping a sharp eye out for Exorcists, although she reckoned she would be able to sense them long before she saw them. She was relieved when she didn't feel the churning in her stomach even once. She was about to step into a used book store when she spotted Kiah from the corner of her eye. Her heart jumped a bit in her chest, as she hadn't seen the girl in some time. She was part of the Order, it was true, but she wasn't an Exorcist. Liv didn't get that horrible feeling in the pit of her stomach at the sight of her. Maybe she should talk to her...
She turned away from the book store and slowly made her way through the crowd, weaving in and out. She approached Kiah from behind, touching her arm gently.
"Kiah..."

(( Cross: Yay! : D I'm doing pretty good! Trying to make Kiah less useless. ))
Kiah was just about to cross over the threshold of the door when she heard a familiar voice and nearly jumped out of her skin. She turned around when Liv touched her, gaping at the sight of her and stuttering in surprise.
"L-Liv! I thought, I mean, w-what... What are you doing here? I-in town, of course." Kiah proceeded to give her a hug, mostly because she'd missed the girl, but also because she didn't want her to see where she'd been going. "We miss you, you know?"

Liv swallowed a little and hugged Kiah back, "Yeah...I know....I'm just..you know, picking up some things," she tucked some of her hair behind her ear with a little, slightly nervous smile. She wondered if Kiah was going to bombard her with questions she couldn't answer.
"How...how is everyone?"

"They're recovering nicely..." Kiah knew it was a bit mean of her to leave out details, but since Liv was around Noah now she didn't want to give her too much information. "And how is... how are YOU?" She fidgeted with her bag a bit, feeling awkward having this conversation. She was about to ask about Jacob, but she was undecided on how she felt about him at this point in time.

((Sorry for the late response. sweatdrop ))
The warmth coming from Franzie's hands was comfortable, but Lavi still frowned a little as the light covered his leg, eyeing her glowing hands suspiciously. When she was finished, he lifted his leg a little and put it back down on the floor, testing it. It didn't feel quite so sore anymore, and the itchiness of his wounds against the bandages was gone, too. He stood up, which also did not strain his leg as much as it had done before.
"I guess it feels... better." He didn't want to seem ungrateful, she had just seemingly healed his leg, so he smiled at the young woman. "Thank you." He couldn't see what difference it had made through his bandages, but he'd keep those on for a while longer, even if it was just for the Head Nurse's benefit.

"I'm glad everyone is alright," She smiled, thinking of how she missed them so.
"Eh-heh...I'm...I'm okay, you know...what about you?" Liv didn't offer much detail about her current state. Truthfully, she was very confused about everything. Certainly she couldn't tell anyone what she had become. The awkward small-talk felt so out of place to Liv, and she really despised it.
