((Waaah awesome D: I love mini coopers <3))
Lavi had been in a discussion with the Head Nurse pretty much since he'd woken up, bargaining for his freedom. He was getting restless lying around in a hospital bed all day, aching to just walk around freely again without all of these people crowding him. His leg felt fine, he had told her. It hadn't been hurting so much lately and he had promised her he wouldn't overdo it. She didn't seem too fond of the idea, though, pursing her lips a little as he pleaded with her for the umpteenth time that day.
"Come on, I've been good ever since I came back, haven't I?" He tried to keep his voice reasonable, but the frustration was starting to leak through. He sighed when she didn't respond, obviously still not having forgiven him for his reckless disappearance before. He crossed his arms, fell back against his upright pillow with a huff and proceeded to glare intensely at her, hoping to trigger her into discharging him to get rid of the irritating staring.

((Good news for Lavi; Mizaka came back with a friend~))
Mizaka groaned loudly as she flopped into the Common Room's couch. Her great detest for her bosses had grown a considerable amount after coming back to the Order. A status report was only supposed to be consisted of telling the higher ups about the number of Spirits she had encountered and how many she had sent back to Hell. Was a backbreaking amount of paperwork really necessary? After all of that was done, Mizaka practically had to beg them to let a partner come back with her. "How could our best Soul Officer have problems with Spirits?" It took her a while, but she finally managed to convince them to bring her close friend with her to the Order. They thought she needed help with capturing Spirits, but little did they know that Mizaka needed help with a much more important matter...
"Shouldn't you be visiting the infirmary?" asked Jack as he crossed his arms and stared at his collapsed Master.
"In a minute. Just let me rest for a little bit. Where's Franzie?"
"She went to take a little nap. The poor girl hasn't slept in the last three days, and here you are, dragging her into our mess."
"I need her help. You know we can't do this on our own." Mizaka glared at the Spirit before lifting herself up from the couch. "And where's Dillinger?"
"I've promised to give him a tour around the Order. He's really interested in seeing what our home for the past month looks like." Jack turned to leave the room. "If you need me, summon me."
"Yeah, yeah..." Mizaka looked back at the comfy couch longingly before she made her way towards the door.

Sil was trying her hardest to be patient about Lavi being discharged for his own well being, but her patience only stretched so far. The last couple of days she had been visiting him, the young man hadn't been resting that much and today he was starting to get down right restless. It honestly was seeming like the Nurse was keeping him there just to spite him, even though she knew the woman would never do something so mean hearted. She hoped, at least...
Even though she was no medical expert, she decided that enough was enough. It was time for operation Liberate Lavi to go into effect. She stomped into the infirmary with determination (as much determination as a hobbling broken foot could give her, anyway) and headed straight over to the head nurse.
"I know you're just trying to do your job, and we appreciate it and all, but I really need you to discharge Lavi," Sil stated, and she wasn't lying. She needed him for several reasons; the least selfish one was that she needed him to help her figure out the details of the fire and what it might have been hiding. The most, because she really just missed him. Normal, friendly interaction hadn't quite cut it anymore ever since they had become more than friends. "And before you ask, I do have five good reasons, hear me out," she held out her hand and started to put down fingers as she listed the reasons she had come up with to get him the hell out of there:
"One. I need him to help me with some Order related business that only he can help me with. Two. He'll sleep better somewhere that's more familiar, thus heal faster. Three. He's healed enough where it will be better if he does walk around more for better circulation, and to make sure scarring doesn't restrict him later. Four. I'll watch him like a hawk. I'll make him stay with me if I have to, to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid," like that was a hardship, but she tried to make it sound like it was. "And five, he's obviously unhappy, and there have been studies that correlate happiness and healing."
The nurse stared at her a moment, and she could only imagine her thinking in her head: pushy Americans.
((OPERATION LIBERATE LAVI IS A GO. If the Nurse takes her reasoning. xD ))
