@Road: SHE DID. I don't know WHAT that girl's deal is... -eats more ice cream- She really is torn though, you know? I can see it. She doesn't know what she wants...causing a world a trouble for herself...

Tyki's cigarette dropped onto the floor from the sound of the familiar voice, and he turned slowly, unsure if he had heard what he had. When he made it all the way around however, he saw the girl he'd seen many a time standing in front of him. "L...Livv...? Is that you...? What are you doing here..? You shouldn't be here! What if the Earl catches wind that you're here...? You could get hurt... Get out now... before you get hurt!" He said as he shuffled over to her and grasped her arms. She was warm and soft, his hands were cold from the outside and heavily calloused from working.

"Tyki...I've been here before...why are you acting like I haven't? I'm fine..." Liv felt herself pulled into his grip and she felt so many things.
She was bitter and frustrated, that he had been gone so long. She was relieved that he was okay. She was excited to feel his touch again. She was confused...after the things that had happened while Tyki was away, all she had said about being finished with him. She was scared. She was so scared of what would happen when he realized how she had changed...how the Earl had changed her.
"No one...no one will hurt me here now," she stated simply, looking down at the ground.
"You were gone for a really long time, Tyki," she shot at him before he could respond to the statement previous, hoping he wouldn't catch it. She knew prolonging wouldn't really do any good, but she didn't care.

Tyki had to stop a bit and pulled another cigarette out, lit it, and inhaled deeply. "..I was." He acknowledged that. Of course, he would always be secretive about his human life, about what he did with his friends, the work, where they went, only the Earl knew from occasional check ins after all, that was why he only just agreed with her statement. "Were you here a long time...waiting for me...? You didn't have to you know... wait that is." he seemed aloof, trying to not seem like he wanted to be there. He knew that Livv had been there before, but it doesn't mean he'd liked it, or was alright with it, after all the Noahs were hostile towards humans. "Tell me..why won't anyone hurt you...?"

Liv hung her head, letting her hair cover her face. She took his hands delicately in hers and removed them from her arms, placing them away from her on his chest. She stood there like that, holding him away, her insides writhing in agony.
Shaking her head to the first question about waiting there for him, she vocally answered the second, "The Doctor..." Liv bit her lip and shut her eyes tight, trying to keep her breathing even, though she could feel the shaking coming.
"He...I'm...one of you now," Liv released Tyki and turned away from him swiftly, covering her face. Her breaths came shuddering with her tears. She was getting pretty tired of crying so much lately, but she couldn't help it. She braced herself for the impact of whatever his reaction would be.

@Road: Ooohh you think she will? I don't know guuurl...after what the Earl did to her...and after having to suffer through Tyki being gone all that time...maybe she wants chaaange. I don't blame her, mm mm. But she sure is a piece uh WORK. Gettin into it with that Jacob boy, and all those times before Tyki came along, playin' around with ERREBODY in heah. Oh and that poor child of hers!

"One...of us...? What...? What does that mean...?" He grew frustrated for a moment's time, just enough to grab Livv and spin her around to look at him, pull her arms away from her face. "The doctor..? What the hell are you talking about..?" his voice was raised, but not above a harsh whisper, but it was enough. He held Liv's hands down and he refused to let her go. "What the hell. Are. You. Talking. About...? You aren't a Noah... you can't be there are only 13 of us.. not counting that damned musician... so tell me what you mean right now.. you're not an...you're not an akuma..are you...?" That was one of his worst fears after all. Not that Tyki would lose his cool so easily, but knowing that the humans he kept close became akuma toys for the Earl... that was something that even now, after he accepted his Noah, he couldn't ever let happen. He knew akuma. He knew what they were made of. He knew what they felt...
"Tell me you're not an akuma..."

Liv still refused to look at Tyki, turning her face away. She kept shaking her head, pursing her lips. Finally, she spoke, "I'm not an Akuma....I'm...what...they now call....a Second Noah..."
Liv still had tears streaming down her cheeks, and she couldn't look at Tyki. She didn't know how to face him, she didn't know what to do in this situation. She didn't struggle in his grip, she didn't try to pull away. She merely stood there, staring off at the wall, wishing for the conversation not to be happening.

"A second... know.." It took him a while to think. A moment's reprise, he went through all the thoughts in his head and the memories. He remembered a term like that before after all. Second something..second akuma..? No. Second exorcists...? Yes that was it! But what was a second Noah...? "A second...Noah...? What's that...? What exactly does it involve...? You're a Noah then.. like me..?" He had to pull away and he let go of Livv, holding his cigarette close to his lips and tightly as he smoked all the tobacco from it in one inhale. "When... did this happen...? How...?" he wanted answers, but he figured that he and she shouldn't speak about this out there, for some reason he felt it improper, as if someone would listen in on a secret plan of sorts or something... So, he picked up his bag and carried it to his room, leading Livv with him so that they could speak more about what was going on. What had happened....
((lol I think I will be heading out lol...gomen gomen but sleepers... I'm surprised I made it this far lolol;;;;
