Hey Nabs, since I wasn't around when you offered them, I was wondering if you still had any coupons for Adagio teas. If you do, I'm highly interested in ordering from them as it is. 3nodding heart
Sure thang! Just PM me your email addie. 3nodding

So, what was the dealies with this again? After reading some of what was said, even I'm interested but the only problem is..I'm not a tea drinker. I don't know the first thing about brewing tea (if it's in teabags, then I know how to do that)..but tea is supposed to be healthy and I need to lose weight anyway but I don't know if tea would be the thing to drink really. Green tea probably, but I don't like green tea..bleh!
Hmm, if you don't know much about tea, I'd suggest starting with simple bagged teas that you can find at the grocery store instead of spending a bunch on gourmet before you have an idea of what you like. Two good, common (and well-known, at least around these parts), and relatively inexpensive brands that I would recommend are Celestial Seasonings and Stash. 3nodding

I really like Stash's Peppermint, Earl Grey, and Pomegranate Raspberry flavours, but virtually everything I've tried by them is quite good. heart
I agree with Hila. Try some of the ones at the grocery store! Lipton Pyramid teas are REALLY good. Some more good tea brands are Tazo and Republic of Tea.

Tazo has horrible Earl Grey.

You should try Adagio's Earl Grey Bravo is you like Earl Greys... they also have a green Earl Grey too that I'm a touch curious about.

Pfft. Enjoy your sleeplessness.

What do you do when you can't sleep? Do you remain in bed and focus on Marni sleeping and you not sleeping?

I'd suggest getting up, making some tea, and sitting somewhere relaxing and thinking about something for a bit or maybe taking a short and sedate walk. If you know how to meditate, that can help a lot too.

Also, with a lot of people, if you often lie on the bed and play video games or mess around with a computer it can ******** with your ability to sleep. This is because you begin to associate the bed with too many things other than sleep, many of which are actually more stimulating than relaxing. Make a point of using the floor, chairs, or other surfaces for anything other than sleep so you can re-establish the connection between the bed and sleep.
Nah, I usually try to sleep, let my mind wander and such because usually that'll make me drowsy. That's normally how I fall asleep in a few minutes. So it's quite odd when it takes longer than 10 minutes for me to be asleep.

I do play video games from the bed occasionally, but not often enough for association to happen. I sit at a desk for my computer.

I think...I had too many things bothering me. Irritating things, I guess. I have a tendency to fixate on those things and stir myself up.

Can't wait for those boiling hot sleepless summer nights stressed I try to get in as much sleep as I can with this cooler weather since I know there are a good few months I get about 5 hours a night.

Probably Minami-ke. You might also get a kick out of this season's Rosario + Vampire or Spice and Wolf (Horo is loev).

If Psy wasn't one of the pair being celebrated, I'd have enough Zeros and Psys to rend into bloody ribbons for a tickertape parade...

Because nothing says "festivities" like a sky full of shredded, bloody meat chunks.

I just saw it, that was pretty bad-a**, they remind me of Social Distortion, although I believe Bad Religion is older than them, one of the innovators of punk, right?

If I have a problem sleeping, it's because my head is thinking too much..... or the silence is overbearing. ******** winter and lack of noise! I want my crickets/locust/night birdies back! scream

(I usually turn on a fan or keep my radio on just below my ability to hear the words. I can hear it on, it keeps the deafening silence away, but I can't make out any lyrics. Seems to work. I tried to use a waterfall thingy, but the noise the pump made was too.... high pitched tinny.)

They're two years younger than Social D, but their influence is pretty big. Their '88 album, Suffer, is still one of the most important Hardcore Punk albums EVER.
