I cleared it.
Now, make sure you read up on the first page of Legacy, where it explains the setting and also read the 2nd page of the Stormtrooper's Guide to the Galaxy, where it sumarizes the RP.

No, he used gauntlets to perform something he calls "Electric Judgement". It was frowned upon by the council, however, because of its relatively close association with force lightning.
