This information seemed to bother Lavi more than it bothered Sil. He didn't know much about Cross' sorcery, but if it was getting her involved in business she clearly didn't understand, maybe it was better if they tried and undo it. Eira was a nice... ghost, but if she endangered Sil's life, it would be better if she were gone. After almost losing her once already, he didn't want to take another chance. He looked at Mizaka hopefully, waiting for her to confirm that there was indeed a way to unbind.

Mizaka laughed grimly.
"Gotta admit, I admire your strength despite what's happening..." She began to shake her head. "Unbind it? Once the Magic fuses into your body, you can't get rid of it. There's never been a case where a person just simply unbinds it... What am I to do? If they found out about this, I'll be in huge trouble. I don't want to report you. I want you to live..."
"What if we teach her how to control her powers before it's too late?"
Mizaka jumped in her seat and looked up to see Jack hanging on the ceiling like an oversized bat.
"How long have you been up there?!"
"Since this morning. Someone needs to keep an eye on you kids." He let himself fall and quickly twisted his body so that he landed on his feet. "If we teach Sil how to properly control her powers, we can fool the Soul Officers into thinking that she's a natural Master. Well, for the time being, at least."
"You're crazy," Mizaka glared at Jack. "You know that's impossible."
"Nothing is impossible. There's a written case where one person actually managed to control his Artificial Magic, remember?"
"Yeah, but he was the only one. No one else has managed to successfully do what he did."
"But who says Sil won't be the second one to do it? You need to stop looking at the negative side of this and actually think about the possibility that we could successfully save Sil from any future problems." Mizaka rubbed her temples after hearing his words. She sighed loudly before looking straight at him.
"Fine. We'll give it a try. Maybe you're right; maybe Sil will be able to successfully control her powers. The chances are slim, but seeing as how there's nothing else left for us to do..."

Isaiah woke up, feeling clouded, groggy. He realized he was in his noah form and tried to recall how it had happened, however he couldn't remember much of anything. They had just gotten back from their mission...and then everything went fuzzy. He sat up and found that he was in Kaito's lab. A shudder ran the length of his spine. Though the good doctor didn't have a love of torturing him, it didn't make him any more comfortable waking up in the lab with no memory of how or why you were there.
Isaiah was not strapped down to the cold metal table, so he climbed off of it and walked over to the desk. Kaito's computer was on and showed nearly a full day had passed. "...what...the bloody hell happened?" he asked out loud to no one in particular. He looked around the room and saw another table with a body laying on it. It was too dark to see, so Isaiah imagined it had to be jacob, but as he drew closer, he realized he was very wrong. It was Liv, and Jacob was nowhere to be seen. He tried reaching out to find his brother with his mind, but found himself blocked. 'at least i know he isn't dead then' izzy thought to himself. He saw Liv was restrained, and feared someone had found out about her betrayal. He undid the straps holding her in and shook her gently. "...liv?....liv can you hear me?"

"If you had the week I did, you'd understand," she said with a small smile in response to her admiration. Things really hadn't been going her way lately, though at least part of the time she had no one to blame but herself. "Trust me, I'm not one to laugh in the face of death but lately its been breathing on me so heavily that its just become an annoying breeze. I'm sure the next person to burst through the door hunting my head will frighten the hell out of me, though."
Her tired eyes tracked between Jack and Mizaka, trying to keep up with their discussion. The difference between Artificial Magic and natural magic caused some confusion, but by the sounds of it, it could be likened with Innocence. If she wasn't born an accommodator of it, it was dangerous. However, she was enjoying watching the back and fourth between them, likening the way they interacted to something like a married couple and she wondered how long the two had been paired together with their master-spirit relationship.
"Listen, guys... I'm all for giving your plan a try, but it might have to wait until I'm a little more up to par. I don't even have the energy at the moment to activate Innocence, let alone master something completely new," she said honestly, frowning ever so slightly. "You don't think anything will happen for a little while, right?" A hint of concern crept into her voice, heightening the end of her word and she glanced at Lavi. "And... I mean... will this hurt Eira? I don't know if I can do anything if it'll hurt her... It's not her fault that I made her and I can't stand the idea of punishing her for my wrong doing."
