Shiratori-Jane Um, I never said that Cho killed Kazuma. Sure, she aimed for his heart but there is still the chance of Shin doing something with Kazuma so that he will not die, if be injured at all. Okay, I will absolutely notify you on the spot when my character decides that she wants to shove your own out of the way so that he does not die needlessly. Why would I tell you that I want him "killed off" so that you can do it if Cho wants to do it herself? Hardly do I make auto-hits so Kazuma can still do something to defend himself. If Shin wants his character to die, fine, he could let it happen but I do not think that I took that option out of his hands as yet. Oh, on the subject of "an internal discussion" that you might have missed, I had asked Shin earlier how it is that he wanted this battle to play out and his response had been that it could go either way. So, I apologize sincerely about not telling you that. As for Cho pushing your character out of the way...really? If you wanted to be the "hero", then you could have told me something about that. As it stood, she was not going to let him die for nothing. Her thing is protection. 1. Okay. It just looked like a kill post to me so I was just curious if he was actually dieing here or not.
2. Thank you, it's not truly a big deal, it's just that it gets annoying sometimes when heroine and hero are fighting for who gets to hit him. I'll make it so that it was a close call, but under normal circumstances, considering how he was dragged by the whip, Shira might have been hit by the light rope if she wasn't careful, which, since she's an ally, Shiruba would let her pass through unharmed.
3. The reason why you might have told me was because I was, key word being was, in the best position to kill him, considering I was charging at him with the intent to kill him as well.
4. He's a Sephira...it's actually weird that you would be attacking his heart, since, Hollows don't have hearts but could still cause enough damage to kill him. Just the way you described it made it seem like death was inevitable for him.
5. It's just general politeness to allow a person's normal actions to go through, which connects with the original topic, about you notifying me to let me know how we could move the posts around or taking point in the battle if you wanted things to change.

I'm fairly certain that only applies to hollow and not Arrancar. The hollow's heart is carved out of it's chest and each hollow's hole is where the heart would be. However, arrancar holes vary in location.
Not to mention, Kubo, they wouldn't be able to bleed without hearts. Stupid illogical mangaka.

Its in the same sense in when Vampires bleed, but there is no actual bodily function happening. Bodily fluids are just leaking, not necessarily frozen from being without heart rhythm or blood pressure.
True, scientifically speaking, corpses will not "bleed" when the flesh has been penetrated, but blood, as any liquid, will come out eventually due to gravity, displacement or because it has a natural pathway.
Now, it's unclear how a Hollow's anatomy works, but they seem to still have organs and bodily fluids in them at any point in their existence, but if their bodies are functioning on a "living" level, is still undetermined.
Also, Arrancar and Hollows are the same thing. Arrancar are just an evolution in the chain of a Hollow's life span if they can make it that far, they merely have become more humanoid and have gained Shinigami powers.
They have lost their hearts from where their Chain of Fate was devoured and though this spot does change, it does not necessarily mean that they still have hearts, because having a Hollow hole is the sign of losing one's heart and becoming a Hollow.
As far as Ichigo's New Hollow Form, I am completely clueless as to say if he ever lost his heart or if the Hollow Hole was just a byproduct of his Hollowification progressing.
