Yes.
While Kirabachi seems to be referring to someone of the same name, it's possible it's not the same guy. The only people who would know who he was would be some of the Leaf Ninja from last gen, POSSIBLY the Mizukage (I don't remember if she knew about it...), Hakubo, Drake Long (the old Hokage), his wife (the 2nd Hokage in that season), the Otokage, and some of the ninja forming the Uzumaki Alliance (I think Warui & Maha probably knew SOMETHING about it).
He was a guy who was known for being the only guy to sign a summoning contract with the World Turtle. (LONG story)

All you gotta know about it is that Master Miso is a recluse who most ninja probably don't know about. (Even if they are well informed Kages)
It had to do with a Japanese creation myth. The spear that created the world and the islands it created ect ect ect. The spear was in play and so was the turtle XD

Ah. That is pretty unique... Then again that's what I love about this place lol. Plot is very unique, not something you would expect from a Naruto RP guild. 3nodding
I'll still probably read it, curiosity killed the cat I guess...
