If someone uses a mask does that count as a move spend out of the provided number of moves you can make in a post or not?
If a move doesn't require chakra points to use after learning it then can't they use it without it being one of the few moves one can make?
I don't know if someone asked this before or not but I was curious and too lazy to read through the topic to find out the answer.

So what's the status on raw chakra?
Say I want a move for 300, and make 360 words, where do the 60 go?
Or say I don't want a move, but I make 360 words, where do they go?
Or say I learn every technique here, how could I get stronger after that?

The orimara clan in the hidden moon? You know? of course you do.
Anyway I was wondering if it takes 15k Cp to be able to learn any of the eye techniques or just that first one. In other words do I need to learn the 15k one before I can use any of the eye techniques?

Hedoro : You save the extra cp from a jutsu you learn and use it toward the next one you wish to learn or state that you wish for the extra cp to be added directly . On the note about after you learned all the moves you can one your awesome and should be awarded a achievement . two you can always use training post to add straight to your chakra pool .

In other words do I need to learn the 15k one before I can use any of the eye techniques? i would say yes however, if you look at the tech, there is nothing that actually says that.

I've seen plenty of people do things such as posting 2100 words in the TC, using 1900 for techniques, and having the last 200 added as raw. I had done it myself, I believe, and nobody ever said anything. I wish I would have known this awhile ago, because my third character's entire existence was based on that.

Hedoro | We use to do that until a few members complained about it. So the whole raw chakra is pretty much thrown out though I wished it weren't. I always have chakra left over and it would be nice to just give it to my one of my characters rather than holding them. But yeah, we can't do it anymore. You can always talk to Drago and convince him that the whole raw chakra thing should remain but a few mods voted against it.

The abilities allow for an opponent to have their chakra taken, and then the Fuka member to make the body themselves by manipulating the chakra.
Basically.
