I just discovered that the legal drinking age of Japan is 20 years old. YAAAAY! ITZEL GET DRUNK XD *slap*....Nando can;t though....aaah. I almost consider changing Nando's age but...too late now <<' lol.
I don't think she could because she's american and Nintendo would be responsible if she did consume? But idk that's jut me pulling from the study abroad and drinking age restrictions.

My brother is in the army and from what he told me. When he went to Germany, he was able to drink as long as he did not remain in U.S. Territory (Aka Army Base). So if he is on German land, then he could drink as much as he wanted...but to get rid of the intoxication at the hotel and not at the Army Base.
