but not bijuu/bloodline.

I recall that when this guild was started, the crew decided to balance out rpc's a bit and have them pick either bijuu or bloodline, to not have rpc's who have all things. Just like the bijuu hosts must be chuunin or lower rule.

No no no. Actually the reverse of what you're thinking. You have to be chuunin, Gennin , or AS to get a Bijuu. Jounin are not eligible.

Ok, in the anime/manga clans and bloodlines are similar but different.... here in an RP they are 100% the same thing in that they give you a special ability so why single out bloodlines? It makes 0 sense.
