Alex's demeanor changed after setting eyes on his former Kage. "One second, my Lord." He said as he swiftly drew three of his Wakizashi from his back, one in each hand and his tail. "You know, it rude to interrupt a man, when he is addressing his king." He stated as he turned ever so slightly to the side at a neutral stance. "Bring the rain, b***h." He said as he out-streched one blade pointed towards her. As she had already readied herself, Alex surged his chakra over the three weapons.

It would close the distance quick enough to force the monkey person to react to it, being true to her form. Meanwhile she expanded the sheet of glass under herself thickening it and expanding its width to give her protection from below.

To create, Maintain, and modify glass at the users whim to include shape, color, and density to a certain degree. Glass can be created anywhere in the users sight with the exception of places with heavier chakra concentrations. I.E. another persons body would be a place of heavier chakra concentration. The glass seems to float wherever the user places it however cannot be moved from said location without further actions on the users part through hand gestures. Will support the weight of the user without moving.

Alex dashed off to the left of the creature, watching it move, listening to the sound of its metal clash towards the ground. His speed was remarkable, normal for a creature of his skills. His rate of speed was a rank faster than Wednesday's moving at the speed of a Jounin, his weapons still sparking with electricity. "What is your creature made out of?" He asked as he waited for the moment to disarm it in the most brutal of ways.

Taichi quickly reacted when their battle began and took Miu away from the immediate area. Once they were away he could finally talk to her. He simply wouldn't be able to disable system alpha with those weapons, at its current range. He seemed to have underestimated the puppets speed, being actually a rank faster than her own. When he dodged, it tracked , from a simple imperceptible movement of Wednesdays fingers as the glass she was on was slowly increasing in size, forming a massive circle in the sky. She worked on shaping the lens to her current plans catalyst. Meanwhile system alpha would still be in the boys face, claws raking towards his midsection as it went up on its hind legs. The main threat wouldn't be from these kunai like claws,s, but from the tail, swinging around it aimed to puncture his leg with its sharpened tip.

As Wednesday's puppet would come in for a strike, Alex would begin to dice it from points of its attack. It was paw against paw and tail against tail, As System Alpha would come in for the midsection, so would Alex attempt to slice through the wrist of the creature with his vibrating sword that he charged over each of the swords he held since the start of this battle. Meanwhile, his free flowing tail, would counter easily slicing the tail right down the middle spreading it out around Alex like a banana peel, should the tail change movements to go around, Alex could also easily change direct to a repel of the attack and slice the tail in half.
As much as he could kill this girl, his orders were different, apparently, she didn't care about orders and if push came to shove, her life meant nothing to him.

Plus theres the in the manga and anime, that killer bee who is well above monkey boys skill level, cut through zabusa's sword extremely slowly. Your not cutting through the armor quickly, considering its steel, which is harder than iron. Iron being what made up that sword. Personally i dont really care about this character anyway, however you did just trigger what would be a fatal shock if the sanin wasnt here. Also, the way you attempted to cut its tail would never work due to the size of the blade tip and the way its moving. Had you just cut the tail off, sure that might have worked, but not the angle your describing...Good game, but im not moving further without multiple mods telling me to do so. __________ＭＯＯＤ: checkmate.
Wednesday's face was impassive as the swords bit into alpha's armor. She knew what would happen. Its anti-theft mechanism and fail safe would trigger before he could do any real damage. Pure Raiton chakra would surge up his weapons and into his body without warning as the electricity would nearly cook him from the inside. Without medical treatment this was a fatal shock, designed to be just so even against a raiton user. Electricity resistance only prevented his own jutsu from shocking him, and this was a very powerful strike. The articulate tail, would instead wrap around his weapon rapidly, its sharped tip just barely poking into his tail in the end and its toxic load be delivered.

This is my judgement as it stands. Let me tell you that I thought that this was going to be a great fight and I thought that it could have gone anyway.
I have reviewed Bloodlines/Clans, Jutsu, Puppets and both of your profiles...so if there is something inaccurate about what I'm going to say then you need to PM me...if not and you post here I will delete it without a seconds hesitation.
My decision is:
DRAW
And this is why:
Rinaku: The Vibrating Sword Technique is a game killer... there is nothing on your profile stating that your puppets are made out of reinforced steel. Yes, it does say steel but there is nothing indicating reinforced.
This is a quote directly from your profile:

Heavy duty steel frame is powered by a charka recycling system that allows it to propel itself faster by charging myomer bundles being used like muscles throughout the puppet.
If this is a case without training your puppets would be hard to use even for you.
Kunesume: Vibration Sword Technique is a game killer as I have stated above and your strikes are fast. But, you would have been wounded
Note the both of you so that you both have understanding:
Kin-Ke is a passive technique that is part of the Yaen Clan, it makes his speed one rank higher.
Therefore Alexander would have been moving at a Jounin Speed...but so would have the puppet.
In any case, the Sword Technique would have needed alittle bit of time to actually cut through the puppets. As Rinaku stated, the puppets are infact steel...but it took Killer B a second to chop through the Head Cleaving Sword.
So, I want the both of you to actually read what I wrote...there are no losers in this battle, there are mistakes on both sides. So, as I see it... it would be up to your respective Kage whether they wanted you to have the promo or not. I think that the both of you showed a lot of RP powress and skill.

Taichi quickly walked up to Miu and gave her a big hug while sneaking a scroll on her person. Releasing her he took a few steps back and left the area in a bolt of lightning.
The last thing Miu wanted wanted to see was Taichi leave her side. She felt like he was the only person in the world who actually understood her, but at the same time she knew he had to leave. With that in mind the moment she felt his embrace she decided to be like him. Taichi was one of the most caring people she'd met and she knew he would want her to be so mean and nasty. 'So why not?' she thought to herself as he vanished in front of her, 'I'll keep his legacy pure.
