True. Yeah you might have to spend a lot of time updating if you have to system restore further back. Ad blocking might stop it from getting back onto your computer. I know that's finally what did the trick for me. Also you might just have a different strain of the malware too. Honestly the big thing is to not give your credit card number. That would be the worst thing you could do.

New pet peeve: People that ask you to edit more and more into a post just to make them happy when you had crap to go off of.

I asked a person to start a one x one, and their intro was three chunky paragraphs of no possible interaction at all with my character. I gave the best reply I could, ending with a phone call to the other person's character.

First PM I get: I don't understand your post.

I edit a bit, explaining a few things and add a few more details.

Next PM: Can you add more to your post so my character has something to respond to?

Now, I almost snap back that their post gave me NOTHING to go off of and that I wouldn't change my post again. I just add a bit of useless voice detail with the phonecall (I left it open to hit voicemail or have the other person's character reply) then said I'm not editing it again.

Thanks Bern. ^^;; I just needed to vent before I had a major b***h fit with the girl. xD I just was like... you gave me nothing to work with and I didn't demand several times for you to edit your post.

Hey, since this is a pet peeves thing i am really going to let loose and just say what i think and i am really really sorry if i insult you or affend you, but here it is, i am from Canada and i only moved to Las vegas about a few months ago and when i moved here i was always my Canadian self saying please and thank you and normally the responce would be "your welcome" but i noticed that when i said thank you they said uh hu, and for me that was very iritating and so it just bugged me and to this very day if anyone in my family says that when i try to be polite i swear i will kick them till they say your welcome because i just dont have time to talk to people like that. p.s again if i insulted you i am deeply sorry wink

People not saying "your welcome", is what pisses you off about this town? And here I am still pissed about the street racing, horrible traffic, people TEXTING and DRIVING at the same time, indoor smoking, random meth labs and wasted groundwater.

Oh well, people in this town are usually phony and only polite to you if they think they can get something out of you anyway. We're called Sin City for a reason. lol

No you have every right to be pissed off at that. A lot of us have been taught to mind our manners and be respectable. It's best even while being condescending (haven't done it here to anyone...yet), because when you say Thank you or something like that at the end of something condescending it's like saying 'screw you' with a smile on your face.

You don't interrupt people when they are speaking, you say excuse me, thank you, you're welcome, sorry, yes sir or yes ma'am, never answer yeah unless it is someone of your age who you are close to.

I think it is due to some old fashion southern family etiquette, mix that up with a tiny bit of Northern habits that I retain what I was taught. The only time that it has been a problem has been when I called someone 'Sug,' 'Darlin' ' or 'Hun' never "babe" or 'baby'. Someone got really upset when I had said it once and it sort of scared and confused me.

Is it really that wrong to say something like, "Are you okay, Hun?"

@Phaeton- Hehe well that's a way to look on the bright...um darker side.

Sorry to double post but it had to be said.

If I've said this before then I apologize but this really really piss me off.

When someone pulls up to pick someone up instead of parking the car and getting out to knock on the door to have some human interaction with others they beep the damn horn and sometimes yell out the name of who they are there for.

And what pisses me off the most are the dumbass people, usually women, who come running out the door answering it that way. It's like being treated like a dog who answers when you whistle. The only thing I find annoying but not as annoying is when someone text that they are at the door.

What happened to those days of nice manners when people got out of the car and had that awkward moment of conversing with the family before leaving? If someone ever does that to me I'm going out to the car and slapping the spit out of their mouths before forcing them to drive around the block and do it over.

I had to do that when I'd go from my mom's to my dad's house when I would stay at my mom's house every other week or weekend. They weren't on the best speaking terms so the car horn was a clue that she was there and I'd head out. Sometimes there was conversation but not much.

New one: Mary Sues that edit the profile skeleton and don't look at the guidelines for characters. Just hit that one with my new group roleplay. xD

The Nintendo 3DS. I could let loose a storm of curses right now because of it. Why you may ask? Because of one thing. Mega Man Legends 3. I have been waiting for this ever since I heard whispered rumors of MML3 development. I wasn't a part of the forum that hosted contests and things to contribute to MML3 but I kept an eye on it.

I first cursed the 3DS when I first learned that MML3 would be released exclusively on it.

People are still getting over the mild jipping they got with getting the DSXL same thing just paying for a bigger screen. I could see that being very useful if they were going to convert the DS into an e-reader. Which would by very very nice. But no.

After that I sort of calmed down. But then I learned that MML3 might be something of a DL type game. As the days went on I sort of saw how this game was getting the game-block from all sides Capcom and Nintendo. It had a small small chance to make it based on the 3DS sales but with the Virtualboy leaving a painful (headache) reminder to those of us old enough to remember (and how in the hell was that thing portable?! Yeah the Virtualboy was suppose to be portable!) even with the features of being able to turn off the 3D of the 3DS makes it hard for players to ultimately give up/upgrade their older DS.

Sorry replaying Zelda and the other 3DS titles just aren't tempting enough for me to fork over more money for that system.

Anyhow combined with those sells how many people would actually download or want a MML3 game? A really low number I suppose, and figuring on that MML3 or any other MM type game, remake, reboot, or whatever won't be seeing the light of day again. Or anytime soon unless the real fans storm the next E3 and make enough noise for it.

Hardcore fans you can get at least 3 copies sold. One to preserve, one to play, and another for backup or something like that .

Bern, perhaps a bit more wait and an emulator? I used one for a DS game, and found that the one 'game' (study tool) I was interested in was shitty. I'm definitely glad I tested before I bought. Besides, remakes of old games kill the story and are more painful than fun, usually.

Not a remake remake, but you know how they just do the same story and all except 'better smoother' graphics.
