Justinius smiled at the Flighter, staring at her unwaveringly as she turned away. "You have not seen fit to address me, dear lady," he said in a sarcastic tone. "But I shall excuse you; you are, after all, only a product of Nigellus's system. I will not fault you for taking orders, whatever they be, but I cannot allow you to stay in our company."
The boy laughed, said something about a threat. Justinius laughed back, his voice low and cruel, and drew his sabre in a flash. "You're certainly interesting, child. I've prepared myself to fight Volcans--I have nothing to fear from you. But if you'd like, I could spare some time to play..."
"I apologize, human. I suggest you and Kiandra leave immediately. As you humans say, this could get... ugly."

Frightened and Angry, Kiandra slid up to Paul and grabbed his arm. "L-l-let's get out of here while we can still make it. I'm obviously not in any condition to fight against a Flighter and her Lackey. And you wouldn't know how to fight against them either. Justinius can take care of them."

"Child?", Bane hissed menacingly, the orb in his palm fracturing apart, and spreading tiny sparks across the room,"What an Insult! Especially to someone who just took out the power to this part of Bermudia....."
His grin widened, and he slowly reached into his jacket, drawing out his viciously hooked knife, twirling it in his palm, as he said,"I wasn't planning on fighting you, so much as the one who tried to threaten me... But since you want to fight, I can see if you'll be useful in the future..."

((Hm... Let's just say I've been following Kiandra, for simplicities sake...? ^^; ))
Mira watched the proceedings with interest. It seems there was more going on than met the eye. Someone wasn't saying something important, and she was straining to figure out what that was. It was quite confusing.
Her eyes widened as Bane and Justinius pulled out their knives threateningly. She had already seen Bane's terrible weapon in action, and she really didn't want to ever see it happen again. She clenched her fists as her eyes sparked, seeming to darken as what was left of the emergency lights flickered around them. Her frustration and confusion turned to anger, and more anger...
"Stop fighting!" she ordered, tiny fragments of electricity passing over her clenched fingers. But, as soon as her anger had risen up, it had vanished. She released her fists and stepped back, feeling oddly woozy. Woah. That was odd.
"Just... go away! Take your fights elsewhere, they don't concern any of us..."

Bane turned slightly, staring at Mira, for a second, before bursting out laughing. Suddenly he stopped, and looking right at her, he said,"These fights do concern you. Despite what you or anyone thinks, everything will concern you, and it is worth your time to take notice of them."
His sparks continued to swirl slowly around the room, and he held his knife loosely in his left hand, as he stared at her, before turning back to Justinius, and saying,"Well? What are you waiting for?"

Slowly Paul holstered his handgun. "You'd better be right, Kiandra, or there'll be hell to pay." With that he started moving towards the door. "Solve your little problems. Tell me if they work out well for me."

Justinius smirked as the boy boasted. "Do you want me to praise you? Any idiot could take out the power!"
Then the lights started flickering, and some girl he'd somehow missed started shouting. "Just... go away! Take your fights elsewhere, they don't concern any of us..." she yelled.
Before he could say anything, the boy laughed and scolded the girl before issuing a challenge to Justinius. It was rather amusing. "This fight means nothing in the grand scheme," Justinius drawled, bringing his sabre into a ready position. "The two of us are, ultimately, replaceable. So typical of youth--arrogant and egocentric to the core. Now, shall we?"
Justinius suddenly fell towards his opponent, the gravity directly ahead of him altered; and he slashed as he passed the boy, landing on the wall behind.

Bane was about to offer another witty remark when Justinius fell towards him, blade outstretched. His eyes flying wide, he twitched, vanishing and reappearing two feet away in a flicker of movement.
"Nice trick. I like it.", he said, twirling his knife again in his palm, before raising his right hand, and closing it into a fist, every explosive spark in the room instantly shooting towards where Justinius was.

((Okay, problem taken care of. Please delete OOC posts.)) ((Somewhere in the activity I lost where this is actually happening. Are we still in Kiandra's house or have we moved outside?))
Mira scowled at Bane. She didn't see how it concerned them at all. She really should vacate, before someone decided to call more Flighters in... Her eyes widened and she dived out of the way as the two began to fight. Yep. Time to go. She glanced at Paul and Kiandra, closer to getting away than any of them. Her eyes settled on the human. He just wants to go home, too, I'd bet. To Earth... She blinked hurriedly as an idea formed in her mind. It was ridiculous, incredibly risky... but how else would he be able to get home? Certainly that was the only way. For the first time in awhile, a smile curled her lips. This could solve everything!
She jumped back to her senses as Bane began to use his explosive power, then quickly scurried towards the two of them. Let's try getting out alive first, then I'll let them know.

Justinius fell up as the boy summoned his flames; he stood upside down on the ceiling, looking up--or in everyone else's case, down--at him. "What's the matter? You'd rather stay over there?" He landed quickly but softly on the ground. "I'd much rather not wreck this house, my tracks on the ceiling are bad enough."
Something else was happening: The third girl, the one who'd shouted, was moving. Damn, if I want that human...
"We can't jump all about the place, what with others in the way. Just hold still for a moment, boy..." Justinius began to increase the gravity around his opponent; he would either be crushed or suffocated, whichever came first.
((We're still in the house. And I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while; I've been fairly busy lately.))

Kiandra felt herself pale at all that was going on around them. At this rate she'd be lucky to make it to the front entrance alive. Cringing as Justinius and Bane clashed and threw insults back and forth she noticed Mira hurrying in her and Paul's direction. "Mira!"
