Kyle was still bent over in pain. "I can't go back to them. I won't let them take me back!" He screamed in pain as two new whip marks appeared on his back. "Please stop it!" He realized his back would become gauged open unless the whipping stopped. "I don't want to go back! I don't want to be there anymore!" His back burned like hell. "I won't go back!"

"Xiaohua! What the heck is happening here?!" screamed Christoph, "Are we losing our minds!" he screamed "I'm panicing man!" screamed Christoph he was starting to cry "I don't wanna die dude!"

Finally Kyle screamed out, "Leave me alone!" Then, the whipping stopped. He looked around to find himself with the others, but his back was in a huge amount of pain. He collapsed onto the floor, but didn't fall unconscious. "I won't go back to that horrible place. I won't accept their teachings anymore. I won't harm innocent people."

I opened my eyes slowly and moaned in pain, sitting up, I clutched my head and looked over at Kyle, a lump on the floor, his thoughts flodded through my mind and I groaned, falling back to the floor as I saw his reality.

Kyle looked over at the girl next to him on the floor. He noticed her glance at him, so he knew she must have seen something. "Can you......read minds?"

Kyle nodded. "This wasn't a real beating, so it could've been worse, "he whispered to her. "However, I don't get why I'm having these visions. I shut my parents out of my life completely a while ago. Why am I thinking about them now?"
He glanced at his back. "The pain will go away eventually, but for now I have to get used to it."

Xiaohua glared around the room reliazing that these people were not going to get moving anytime soon, they not realizing that even though we rid ourselves of those legion the massive ball of light will attract more.
"We need to move to a more secure location, raid a gun store for anyone who needs a weapon, raid a supermarket for food and hotwire a van to move all this stuff" he paused for a breath, "anyone would like the idea of this or are you going to wait for any of the legion surviving to come here?"

Kyle slowly stood up and put his shirt back on. "So what's the plan. We obviously can't stay here any longer. I know how to hotwire a van, so we can atleast get a ride somewhere." He looked out at the window. "Well, for the moment there aren't any Legion at the moment. If we left now, we may have a chance."

"I vote yes," Luke said, finally breaking his own silence. Areyah nodded in agreement. "We can't stay here for too long; Xiohua is right, that light will have attracted more. We gotta move ASAP." Luke pulled his shoes back on and stood.

I stood slowly and and said "I'm not a leader, but I'm good at breaking into stores and stuff with out being heard or seen.
