Jizzy nodded as well, she wanted to meet this this... thign taht wa sliving inside her boy.
Deimos nodded and gave a deep sigh. He closed his eyes, it seemed like the right thing to do and gave in. ALmost immediatly his head slumped over in sleep.
A tense second later, Deimos' head rose once more. His eyes opened and though they were the same shade of red, they seemed to glow with a fire not normally there. His whole demeaner became cold and fierce.. "Pleasure to meet you Jabir, Maggie.. Mother.." His voice was cold, deep, like Deimos only aged and much wiser. He nodded to each in turn, his head held high and proud as he sat, a centuries old demon trapped inside the body of a toddler.

Maggie bowed in reply. She had heard several stories about him and it was an honor, in a way, to meet him face to face... or the closest thing around
"A pleasure indeed master demon Erebus" Jabir spoke politely, not shifting his eyes from him "I hope we haven't insulted you with our suspicions"

Jizzy gave a brief nod of greeting, gaping at Deimos. This.. this wasn't her child anymore. No matter how much the appearance was the same. THis wasn't Deimos.
"No offense has been taken." He said, speaking in such a polite and courtly manner, it was almost hard to belive he was a cold, cruel master demon. His head gave a short bow to Maggie in return to her, before facing Jabir. "I can assure you.. I have no intentions of harm coming in the way of my..." He paused. WHat could he call Deimos. His prison, that was what ti truly was, but in n egotiations, that would not come off well. "vessel.." He ended, eyes boring into Jabir.

"He's more than a vessel Erebus" Jabir stated in a cold, but still polite tone "He's your son"
Jabir wasn't new when it came to hard negotiations and this situation was certainly one. He need to convince Erebus in considering Deimos something more than a tool, besides allowing the young demon to have a life of his own

A fire blazed in Erebus' glowing red eyes and power spilled from him, making his cloak bristle and Jizzy to take in a gasp. "This is my prison, not my son. I would warn you not to make the mistake of confusing the two again." He said, bristling.
Jizzy almost let out a curse. This.. this was power. Even her sister, whom Jizzy knew to have an incredible amount of power would be shhocked by the enrgy comign off the small toddler.

"If it wasn't for him you would be dead by now my dear Erebus" Jabir didn't let himself being impressed by the demon's reaction. He knew he couldn't attempt a decent attack with Deimos still being a toddler "You're in his debt, no matter what"

Erebus growled and the power seemed to recede. His eyes stayed focused on Jabir. "What do you want from me?" He said cooly. No more beating around the bush.

"To let Deimos live a life of his own. Let it be him to decide if he wants to carry your revenges and orders" his expression became colder, to state how serious he was about this "In other words, let him choose freely"
He then turned to Jizzy "Anything to add? You're his guardian after all"

Jizzy was breathing deeply, containing herself from shouting at Erebus to get out of her boy. Hey eyes narrowed as she look at him. "Take care of Deimos. And if he chooses to help you, take care of him even more.. If any of your little escapades of revenge, even get a scratch on my boy.. I will personaly come and send you back to the pits of hell where you came from..." She said, her voice icy to match Erebus'.
Erebus finally turned to Jizzy and he smirked, looking her up and down. He hadn't ever really gottena good look at the person he had come to call Mother. She reminded him incredibly of Old Lady Zir, in her own, quirky sort of way. Except, Jizzy wasn't helpess the way OLd Lady Zir was. Jizzy had power and Erebus knew it. In a toddler's body he was actually doubting her ability to take her on, but he smirked confidently all the same. "I will continue to give the boy advice.. and teach him a thing or two, but I shall not control his descicions. Is that what you want?" He turned to Jabir.

"Yes, that is what I ask" he replied. He thought of warning Erebus about the reason he shouldn't allow Deimos wander into the forest again, but he wasn't sure if the demon was someone he should trust, so he said nothing

"Then I accept both of your conditions, no strings attached." He bared his fangs ina sly smile. "I will, however, ask for a favor, which you may reject or accept, though I suggest the latter. I stay suppressed much too long and, it would aid me incredibly if any of you found a way for me to regain my former form.." His tone dropped. He hated asking for help, but, he was stuck between a rock and a hard place.

"We already started working on that" Maggie said, pointing out a couple of books they had left on the table during their discussion "Although we haven't found anything usefull"
"He had both agreed on trying to seperate you from Deimos before calling this meeting. Despite your help in keeping his demon side in balance, we thought you would try to find a way out of your... condition" he pointed towards Deimos body
"But as Maggie said, we didn't come across with a solution. Only on how to imprison possessive demons in holy containers, but I believe that isn't what you're looking for" he smiled at Erebus in an understanding manner

Erebus gave a sigh. "No, that is not what I am searching for.. But I must offer some gratitude at your attempt to aid me, even if it was only aid my.." He paused again and tried out the word. "son. We both appreciate the effort. Now.. I presume you'll want him back.. It was a delight speaking with you Jabir." He gave a short nod to Jabir. "Pleasure to meet you, Maggie." He gave a small bow to her, then turned to Jizzy. "And I'll be sure to see you again soon, Mother.. I'm still in debt for you having kept me alive so far.." He bowed the lowest of all and then, slumped in his seat.
Red eyes opened once more, the icy cold and piercing glow was gone. Deimos rubbed his ehad softly. "It over, yes? He give me headache.." He grumbled.

"All thanks go to Maggie" Jabir replied a bit sheepishly. He wasn't as trusting as her"Pleasure is all mine" she bow again
And when Deimos regained control she answered "Yes, it's over Deimos. We finally came to an agreement"
She then turned to Jizzy "I was supposed to give you this once we explained to Deimos about Erebus' possible control over him. But as you can see we didn't expect to talk to him 'in person' " she gave a small piece of paperQuest Dear Jizzy, As Jabir and Maggie informed you, Erebus' influence on the young demon may become a threat to him.. and to others! We don't know a way to block his access to Deimos mind, nor we find that choice reasonable. So the only solution is Deimos to learn how to "filter" the information he gives him and decide if that is what he wants to do. Being young it will be hard for him to understand but you'll be able to count on Maggie's and Jabir's support on this task. Good luck. -The Mishap Staff But once she read it, the text changed. Jizyy gazed at the note. Holy items? But.. Deimos was a demon, he naturally didn't like holy items, still.. he wasn't fully demon, so it shouldn't affect him to strongly.. "Thank you, the both of you.. I'll try my hardest to help Deimos.."
Deimos looked over at his mother. SHe seemed tense. "Did Erebus bother you, Mother?" He asked. He was VERY possisive. No one was going to hurt HIS mother, no way.
Jizzy shook her head. "No.. Erebus did not bother me.." She said and stood. "Once again, thanks for your help. Come on Dei."
Deimos jumped off his chair and rushed to his Mother. He was glad Erebus hadn;t done anything.. too terrible. "Bye Maggie, Jabi!" He said, waving meekly before he and his mother left the office.
