Sally was pleased with her coat. Not only was it the perfect shade of red, but it was made of wool, which didn't mean killing any animals went into making it. It was heavy and went all the way to her ankles. Buttoned up all the way it looked like a winter dress. She also had a white scarf on, wrapped around her chin and neck. Her short curly brown hair seemed a bit fuller due to the humidity of the snow, something she had never seen before.
Sure she had heard stories of the white matter, but never touched or even seen it. "Wow..." She whispered as they approached the new land. "It's so pretty!" She pranced into it and giggled happily as the snowflakes fell onto her pink nose and red cheeks. "So soft and it melts too!" Her arms went out as she spun around. "It's like a winter wonder land! I've never seen winter before! Only spring and summer! Wow!" She was almost so excited with this white substance that she didn't hear Dash.
When Lok went into a bout of wild laughter she paused in her dancing antics and turned around to look at what was so funny. "Hey now, my dancing isn't that stupid looking! Show some respect for a happy girl! Crazy..." She trailed off when she laid her light brown eyes on Dash, or what used to be him. Now he was shorter, less buff, and young. He looked as young as she had been before she left her story.
"Woah...you...ummm...you...look...little." She walked towards him and pushed a finger into his cheek. "Well...littlER anyways." A smile spread on her face and she messed up his hair. "Awwwwww you're so cute! Almost as cute as I was!" As Lok turned to her she looked at him with the same raised eyebrows.
"You asking me? I've never seen this place...I wish I had before since it's so amazing!" Her feet moved over to him and she sighed. "I wish you grew younger too. I'd be able to tease you so much more!" Her fingers danced over his sides before poking him in the stomach and twirling away. As she did she ran into something soft. And that something soft produced a little cry as they both tumbled into the snow.
"Oh dear!" Sally yelped as she sat up and looked around to see a young girl pushing herself from the snow. "Oh no! Oh...I'm so sorry little girl! Did I hurt you? I'm sorry! I didn't see you!"
"This is all wrong!" The girl cried out and jumped up, dusting snow off her large fur coat. Her pin curled hair bounced as she moved. "It's all going wrong! My brother is supposed to have come by, and supposed to have gone to the witch, and everyone else was supposed to come too! But I've been alone for a few days now!" Tears began to drip down her face. Bright blue eyes looked to Sally and she felt instantly sad for the girl.
"Oh now. There there...it's okay! We'll help you find them! Don't cry! Be happy!" She wrapped her arms around the girl and patted her back. "See...it's alright...we can help you..."
"Who...who are you?" The girl whimpered and pulled away, looking around. She let out a gasp and she darted towards Dash. "YOU'RE HERE! OH YOU'RE HERE! Every thing's going wrong! Everything! I haven't even seen Tumnus yet and and...oh I'm so glad you're here!" She buried her face into Dash's chest and tugged onto him. As the girl clung to Dash Sally looked over to Lok and Amleth.
"Uhhh...am I the only one confused?"
((Haha wow...is it sad I already posted? I figured I'd bring her in...get something going on...XD ))

Whilst Sally frolicked in the fluff of white, Amleth shrunk into the thick cloth of his jacket. This stuff was so... so cold, nothing like the rain that leaked in through his musty shack of straw. He felt chilled water leaking through his mop of hair. "It's so weird, it, it's all cold and... urrrnh." He moaned and rubbed at the top of his head.
There was an unfamiliar--sort of unfamiliar?--voice calling nearby. He looked over and saw the young Dash gawking at himself. "Uhh?" As Lok whooped, the pigman chewed his lip. "That... er, is sorta..." he thought it over. He was the only of the group that hadn't gone through some sort of transformation. He hoped he wouldn't have to deal with that. It seemed truly embarrassing.
He decided not to comment on Dash's de-aging. "S-Santa...What's there? Is there a map we can find to get us there, or..." he faltered. "It... it's a place, right?" He really wished he'd thought to learn about more things than his own tiny story.
Suddenly the cry of a strange new girl cried out, startling the fat man. "Oh--she--uh, where'd you--oh, dear, that's, um, too bad about your, uh, your brother... and...witch?" He winced. The same witch as...? He'd rather not deal with that.
He squawked as she leapt onto Dash. "What--hey, I don't thing you should just... er..." He looked at her more closely. "Umm, Dash, do you... know her?" Upon closer inspection, he noted that there was a resemblance between the two.

((OMG! I promised Aka I'd post today, and by gum, I AM GONNA POST!))
Percy looked rather distraught. He hadn't been in this part of this story for AGES, and hadn't expected such a transformation... But then again, he'd never entered the story this way before. Tugging at his hair, he gave a rather irritated sound (his voice cracking yet again, much to his dismay). "Yeah, it did... And going through's all fine, but I busted my sword back there... Santa gives me one in this story." He didn't want to mention that it was that sword that kills Lok's incarnation.
There was a commotion around Sally, and before Dash knew what was happening, he was being clung to by a very distraught Lucy. "I don't know where Tumnus is, Lucy... But don't worry..." He looked up to his friends (still a little upset that he literally had to look up) "Yeah, Amleth, we know each other... Guys, this is my sister, Lucy." He turned the young girl around, wiping at the tears in her eyes. "You can call me Peter."
The Prince gave a heavy sigh, his breath clouding out in front of him. "I don't know where the others are... Nor the witch. I think the story's going wrong..." but he wouldn't admit he probably knew why. "But Lucy, this is Red- Er, Sally. That's Amleth, and the sullen fellow there's called Lok. Um," what else was he supposed to say?
"We oughta get through the rest of this story as fast as we can..." He murmured, wondering just what would happen to the young Lucy if he just left her. Frowning, he added, "We oughta take her with us too. Get her to the ending safely. I'd hate for something to happen." After all, they WERE siblings.
((oooh, see that? POST. BOOYEAH. *boogies on down*))

((OMG! WHAT'S THIS?! I'm POSTING? HOOOLYSHIIIITTEEEE...!! *posts*))
Lok found himself a little confused at this little girl's sudden arrival. He had been batting Sally away the moment before it happened because she was doing that thing where she poked and teased him and how he did ever hate when she did that, but he paused as she spun away and into the strange girl that was clinging to Percy now. ((takes a breath))
He frowned.
"Don't be so NICE to it." Lok said with a sniff. "It's just a little runt... she should have been watching where she was going!" The once big and bad wolf said to Sally, hunching his shoulders.
At being introduced he lived up to his introduction by looking quite sullen. He grumbled out a dark response and shuffled his feet a little.
"I know who she is." He said after a moment of muttering. "But how do we KNOW she is who she is. Maybe she's a trick!" He said and sniffed in her general direction even though he knew all too well that nothing would come of that action.
Grumbling he sidled over to Amleth and stood next to him. "Well, if we're going to get moving we'd better DO that... you know?" He asked of them all rather grouchily. " And you'd better keep up, Lucy." Lok growled pointedly at the little girl.

Lucy took a long shuddering breath and sniffed loudly, a balled fist rubbing at her nose. Her cheeks were red and her button nose just as red. She looked up at Dash (Whom she knew to be Peter), as he pulled her off him. She smiled a bit. "I was getting so worried...I usually see Mr. Tumnus by now...a few days ago actually...but I haven't. And no one had come in through the wardrobe yet...well except you and and I was-" She stopped when he began to introduce everyone, a confused expression coming across the young girl's face.
"Brother...where'd they come from?" She asked shyly, moving closer to her older brother. She was sure that the grumpy one would hurt her. With her brother there though she knew that would be impossible. "He's scary..." She whispered softly and then examined the rest of them. The girl seemed fairly nice and the pig looking man looked scared or anxious...which one she wasn't sure. "How...how do you know them? What's going on?" She wrapped an arm around Dash's and clung to his side, shuddering a little with worry. At least someone was there.
"I even went to Mr. Tumnus's house...he wasn't there, not even the first day I got here. I hope Aslan's alright...and Mr. Tumnus and Mr and Mrs. Beaver...and Susan and Edmund..." She began to trail off as they began to speaking to one another. She looked up at them, blue eyes wide and curious. "You sure they're okay? They might be some of her army...that dark guy looks suspicious..."
Sally looked to Lok as he moved to Amleth. She shrugged a bit and watched as Lucy clung to Dash. She couldn't help but smile. "Wonder what it's like...having a sister or brother..." She muttered to no one in particular. "Anyways...yes...The big fluffy guy over there is right, let's get moving! I can't wait to see what is in this place!" After she trotted to Amleth and Lok she grabbed their arms, placing herself between them and started to pull them with her as she began to skip in no certain direction.
Lucy looked back to Dash with the same worried look. "I don't think she knows where she's going, Peter." She piped up and waited for him to take charge or tell them where to go. Sure she knew the place like the back of her hand. But now she wasn't so sure...something was definitely wrong. She was also very curious as to how Peter had met these strange people. There was no one else at the house.
((Okay I figured we can move them somewhere to where the Witch would be...like...her castle maybe? Haha... I also hope someone else can take care of Edmund and Susan...I can't do all of them. D:
And...Holy s**t...we got like four posts in a day! If only this could happen everyday!))

((Oh crap, people are posting! IT'S A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE! ...I hereby declare Christmas to be moved to today.
Oh, and btw, we're reading Hamlet in class, and learning about the background, and the story was based on an old Danish prince named Amleth... XD I knew the names were connected somehow, but it was really amusing to imagine Amleth in any of the situations of the story. HE DOESN'T LIEK DEATHZ.))
As Dash put forward the thought that this story had gone awry, Amleth frowned. "If something's going wrong, that means... one of the characters is acting weird, right? Like us!" It made sense, right? Their stories had been static up to the point where they had decided to rebel... so someone had done the same here! "Maybe they can help us out an' all, or..." he paused and thought it over. "Wait... no, Dash is a part of this story... does that count?" If he was a part of the story, and had been out prince-ing, was that disrupting the story? Probably not, but you could never tell... he gave up the subject. It was all too complicated.
The pigman raised an eyebrow as 'Peter' introduced himself. "You have two names?" His memory flashed back to when he'd first met the group, and Sally had introduced herself with the extra name Alex. Perhaps this was a common thing for characters?
He caught Sally's murmur, and looked down to the cold, crunchy ground. "It's not all that great," he mumbled. Pausing, he looked over his shoulder, back down the path they'd come. "Except maybe for yesterday."
"W-what?! We're--we're not any part of any army! Of course not! I mean..." He glanced at Lok. "Y-yeah, he's...er...not all that...cuddly, or anything, but he's not a wolf anymore, so I think he's okay now." He scowled. "Sort of." Despite the fact that he'd gotten used to Lok's presence, the scraps of story still lodged in his mind made him squirm when near the former wolf.
"But, er. Don't worry, we're the good guys. Or, er, Sally and Da--Peter are. I'm just a side character, sorta."
((I'll do Edmund, when we get there. ))

((okay, let's see what we can do here... um... *tries to think*))
"Lok, I don't think she's a trick..." Percy waved a hand at the young girl, who was quite obviously frightened. "But yeah, we should get moving... Something's wrong here."
He then looked down to Lucy and tapped her on the nose, "They came from other worlds, just how this world's different from our own. And he's not too scary, just grumpy. We've had a lot of things happen to us in the past few days. It's nothing to worry about. They're friendly... And I'm not sure what happened to Mr. Tumnus, we'll have to see if we can find him." He looked to the others, a look that said 'help me,' he had no idea what was going on... Why was this story so screwed up?
"But Sally's right! We oughta get moving. It's starting to snow." And indeed it was. "Lok? Let's try and skirt around the Ice Queen's castle. If we run into Santa, great... I can get my sword back." he sorta kinda really wanted it. And where had Desdamona gone? He'd probably find her at the end of the story, where she always was... Right? Right. Of course.
Amleth made a good point though. If they'd all screwed up their own stories, perhaps someone was messing with this one... Maybe it was Dash's unusual entrance, or the fact that Lok was no longer a wolf... Or maybe it was another character, native to the story that was rebelling... Whatever it was, it was royally screwing things up. "Unfortunately, I have a LOT of names," Peter murmured, rubbing at the back of his neck. "And you're a good guy too. You help win in the end of your story, don't you?" Peter offered a too-wide smile and tugged his coat closer around his shoulders. "Either way, Lok? Lead the way... I think Sally's going too far south."

((OMG WHUT I POST... YEAH!))
Lok was going to proceed to sneer in Lucy's general direction because she had given him a rather frightened look and that had annoyed him, but Sally had gripped one of his arms and began dragging him away. He stumbled and gave a little yelp. He waved his free arm for balance and then used that to catch the pig by the back of his jacket to pull him to a halt.
"Sally!" He cried in a semi- frustrated voice. He planted one of his feet and drug her to a stop in the snow. He glanced once at 'Peter' and once at Sally and with a shrug slid his arm from her grasp just enough so he could grab her forearm.
"This way." He said as he tugged Sally and Amleth North into the woods. "If we want to find the Queen... she'll be North."
He couldn't quite say what led him in this direction and what made him decide this was North what with the lack of sun or anything to tell him different, but somehow he was sure. It felt familiar to walk here even if it was on a different pair of feet. He couldn't smell like he used to and none of the sounds were the same. All the trees would look the alike to anyone else's eyes, but that wasn't where Lok was looking. There, in the snow, he saw traces of footprints.
They were faint and shallow, but Lok could have spotted them from anywhere: Wolves.
He didn't mention it to anyone.
"If you're cold now, Amleth... you'd better know it only gets colder from here." He remarked as they trekked deeper into the forest, a howl of wind sweeping over the tops of the snow covered trees.

((I'm trying to decide what story Belinda (...I can't remember her name...was that it? XD) should go to next. Any ideas? Just name some well known stories without princes, pigs, wolves, or naive girls. Hahaha...))
"Wheeeee." Sally squealed a bit too happily when Lok yanked them to a halt. Her body jerked in a free way before she stopped and looked around at the group. "I was just trying to take action." She muttered softly and pushed her lower lip out. "And anyways...you know you like when a woman takes control, Lokie." She nodded slowly and gave him a sinister grin before he grabbed her forearm and began to pull her this time.
"Woah, let's not get competitive over me, I don't think Amleth will put up much of a fight...though he is much nicer than you sometimes. And...Dash over there IS more handsome...Oh man...I have such hard choices sometimes. Lucy my dear, don't surround yourself with a bunch of crazy, weird men, it'll make you go crazy." Then again, she thought, it might not be them, the cold was getting to her already. Her nose was beginning to get runny and her ears twinged in the cold.
Lucy raised her brows in question at the young lady's antics. "Ummm...okay." Her voice was soft and sweet, but there was a hint of sarcastic mocking hidden inside somewhere. She then turned back to Peter as the scary looking man took the lead. As they walked she slowly released her grip from her brother, but still kept close to his side.
Sally sniffed loudly, her free hand running under her nose. "Is this why they call colds, colds? Ugh...my boogers are like...dripping. Snow my be pretty but it's awfully mean, isn't it Amleth? Is your nose dripping?" She pulled a bit closer to Lok, wanting some more heat, hoping his body would produce more than hers, and perhaps something else, but she didn't want to put a finger on that. "Maybe we should all huddle together, I need heat."
Just as she was about to grab Lucy and Dash she looked up to see the faint outline of a large, crystal like building. Her mouth dropped open and she stopped for a second before stumbling along with the group. "Wowza...I'd want a house like THAT. Woooooah. Man my house like two rooms and a kitchen! That, that's like two gazillion rooms and one thousand kitchens." It was while she got closer that her whole body grew colder and colder, nose starting to annoy her to death. "I feel like jumping in a fire right now..."
Lucy watched Sally talk, maybe too much. The girl was beginning to irritate her, she talked too much. "Hey, do you think you could...you know...quiet down a bit? There's wolves out there. They almost killed us once, Mr and Mrs. Beaver too. There's lots of them near the castle." She looked around the forest and shivered, hopefully they wouldn't be attacked.
"Heh...I know how it feels to be attacked by wolves. Trust me. I know a bit too well." Sally giggled half-heartedly before coughing loudly and then sniffing afterwards. Okay, she was sure she'd loose all the mucus in her body.
((Hahaha...wow...Sally got a bit happy...or maybe a bit crazy from the cold...I dunno. I didn't want to make anything happen yet...in case you guys had plans. I was thinking that maybe Edmund decided to take the witch's offer early. Persmaps it was a different offer this time...maybe to have large amounts of power over the entire stories of the world? Hmmm...haha.))

((Land of Oz would be a pretty good place for her to lurk.))
Amleth squirmed and rubbed at his nose as Sally babbled. "My nose is always runny," he commented quietly. Though, it was definitely flowing a bit more freely than usual. He flushed at the mention of fighting over her, but grimly avoided commenting. There was no point in 'fighting' over her... it was clear who had won.
He snuffled and looked down at the white fluff. Unable to resist his insatiable curiosity-appetite, he shoveled up a fistful of the cold and bit into it. It didn't taste like much. He sighed and ate the rest of it, then noted that now his woolen glove was wet.
Shoving his hands into his pockets, he wondered aloud, "How cold can it get?" As he'd never experienced the temperature before, he couldn't imagine it being much worse, but he knew that with his luck it would be a real pain by the end.
"More wolves?" He rasped as Lucy warned them. "But--they--" he squirmed. "They wouldn't attack us, right? Deep down they're all decent people who put on a gruff exterior because that's what the story makes them do and they don't really like being evil and are still sort of scary but once you get to know them they're okay and only joke incessantly about eating you but never do and have crushes on hooded girls, right? Right? I mean I got over him but if we have to deal with MORE and this DOESN'T work out I don't think I can take this you guys because I just can't get past the fact that I got EATEN you know okay?"

((Le gasp! what is this OOCing in here? HUH? THAT IS WHAT THE OOC THREAD IS FOR, PEOPLE! GEEZE. *snorts* I'm so glad none of us are like that... *posts*))
Percy gave a sniff and tugged his coat tighter around him. It felt awkward to be going through the story as an outsider, as opposed to going along with it. It almost felt like he wanted to break away from the group with Lucy, find Edmund and his sister, and do it properly... But that was what he had been trying to avoid... And so resisted that urge.
And he completely missed seeing the wolves' tracks due to the gigantic palace that soon broke into view over the horizon. "Two gazillion rooms, all full of the terror that is the Ice Queen," Peter muttered, tugging both Lucy and Sally closer. She kept complaining about wanting warmth, so he made a little huddle with everyone there. Lok probably wouldn't have appreciated being pulled into the group like that, and he hoped Amleth didn't mind, but it felt COLDER than he remembered it.
"Don't worry about it too much, Amleth," Percy said quietly, barely audible over the crunch of their feet in the snow, "I've been through here quite a few times, and always manage it. No need to worry about the wolves this time." He could only hope, however, that was a true statement. Morgrim was a nasty version of Lok, and he had no idea if he would appear... And if he did, well, last he saw, the wolf that tore itself out of Lok's body had nothing but a mind for blind killing. It was the most vicious wolf he'd seen...
Shaking those thoughts from mind and playing it off as a shiver from the cold, he pushed forward, and soon they were within the courtard of the frozen castle. So far, at least, no wolves in sight... But the disturbing statues, however... Were as plain as day. And yet, no Tumnus to speak of... Was he prisoner too?
((And since I think Aka's controlling the wolves, we'll let her decide what goes DOWN, baby. Goin' down down in an earlier round, and sugar we're goin' down swingin'. I'll be your number one with a bullet, a loaded god-complex, c**k it and pull it!))
