Tex watched Deleware fall to the ground through the scope of her sniper rifle. "Hey! Conneticut! Kris! He's down by the rocks by the other teleporter! Not sure why, he just sorta fell over." She continued to watch, hoping he was alive she could kick his a** once he got back up.

"All right!", the unknowing freelancer didn't know about the pain coming up.
*goes through Telepoerter*

"It hurts aghh!! but I see Delaware on the Ground and i have to get him", the freelancer couldn't get up so he used the boulders nearby to help.
*takes out battle rifle*

"Freelancer New York!" Tex yelled at him through the radios. "Do not kill Freelancer Deleware. Conneticut and I have some business to take with him." Tes cautiously put down her sniper rifle and began making her way towards the men. "Conneticut, we've got him. But don't go through the teleporter. It's evidently very painful."

"It's seems... As though this body.. Wasn't suited for me.." Said a voice from Deleware in between raspy deep breaths. This voice was much deeper, psychotic; of course this meant that his A.I. had taken over. "You won't.. get anything.. out of us.." Said the voice again between more raspy breaths of air.

"painfull....why yes i....fixed them....so to speak.....not that hard...." she said very proudly as she rushed around the rocks looking for deleware
".....when did you do that?!?!?!?!?" sega asked suprised
".....when you were.....sleeping....."
"....wow....b***h!....THERE!" he said as conneticut spied deleware lying on the ground
"ALRIGHT..." she said placing her foot on his back and gun to his head to hold him down...securly "very pissed off....give me a reason no to KILL you right here and now....and tex im not waiting forever...so get your a** down here....before i have the pleasure of shooting him!"

"....sega seek and destroy" she said submitting sega from her head into his, and waiting.... minutes later a faint spark came out of the AI slot, and conneticut retreived sega and returned him to her head
"sought and destroyed! oh yea im good"
"....yes you are...good job...ok you talk!" she said removing her foot and rolling him over, still keeping her riffle pointed at his visor

"Ok, here's the thing.. Command's found the Freelancers to be too dangerous.. So, they sent me to a few places to round them up, take them back to Command, and have them brain-washed. That way they'll comply with any order command will give them.. And.. We're all that's left, I think.. But, I didn't do any of this by my own will. Command put something into my A.I. unit which made them able to control me. So either way, i'd do their bidding... And, so, that's the whole story.."

Tex run up just as he spoke the last sentence. She stopped, sniper rifle pointed at the ground.
"What the hell?!" Tex exclaimed. "Why would they do that? mean, I know there's a couple of rogue Freelancers who don't take any orders from Command. But I came in here with m orders and I've been following them." Tex looked at Conneticut and New York. "I don't know what both of your orders were, but mine were to basically keep an eye on things down here. Command suggested I work with one of the teams already stationed here, but there seems to be nobody here but us."
she sighed and shrugged. "Hell, we're Freelancers. Doesn't the name itself describe who we are and what we do? We're kinda supposed to be our own boss! Either way..." she pointed her sniper rifle at Deleware. "...I'm not going without a fight."

"I'm gonna stick with Conneticut; let 'em come. We all went through special training and we all have good field experience." She looked at Kris in his burnt and injured state. "Well, most of us do. But my point is, I'm not gonna get brainwashed just because some people at HQ think we're too much like rebels. This is my job, my life, and I'm keeping!"
