Sorry for my delay!
Pretty nice looking avatar at first glance, but let’s get a little more in-depth~
To begin, like I have said many times before, the blue hues are off. Funny thing is, they don’t look half bad together~

But, I only see one black item. [Gloves] I would put just a little more black in there. The shoes aren’t “black” btw!
Now, whites/silvers.
The Enchanted Strings are the only color of its kind there. The Mythrill Halo is also alone. I would try to match them to something or just not have them on the avatar, even though they really don’t look half bad.
Erm…I think the petals are a little off from the overall theme that you seem to have going…even if I really don’t know what that is. sweatdrop
Consider certain items again, as well as before putting them onto your avatar. 3nodding
Overall, 5.7/10

So let's see here, straight off I see that either the top of the hat has to go. Quite preferably the top because the hat is quite a bit closer to the demonic items. At the same time, I notice that the Horns and the boots are pretty much the same hue, whilst the center items are a bit more on the gray side, though the fade from the upper part of the boots makes it flow a bit better. The eyes also go amazingly with the demonic items. Aside from the top, everything looks great, though I'll admit I'm not a fan of the colour adjustment in the middle of the avatar. I'll say a nice 7.3/10.
Anyway, I wanted to try out rating someone before I went and tried making my own rating thread. You think everything I said made sense/wasn't completely incorrect? ^^;

Well, it's very simple, to start. That's not a bad thing though, as long as it isn't TOO plain.
You stuck to red and black, and it's very nice.
I would say too many chains though for one avatar. Just stick to one or the other. Also, may I suggest some kind of item on your avatar's head? It needs something....Nitemare Headband would look cute!

I would also suggest a different pair of shoes. For some reason, the current footwear just isn't working...or maybe it's the excessive pant flair...? Either way, change something down their. A skirt is another option that would still look cute with the right stockings!

Whatever~
Anyways, it's a little too plain for me. It goes together in a way, but it's missing things. Some kind of accessory or demonic/grungy head item is needed to add to it and make it just that much more like what you want.
I...don't really know what else to say.

So...the first thing that bothers me about this avatar is the fact that your hair is the only thing if its color on the whole avatar. Yes, two of the Demonic Anklet items have red on them...but your hair really isn't a "red" red like the items. So my first suggestion would be get change the hair color, or a style that has the "red" red color.[My avatar's hair is a good example!]
Secondly, the feline form doesn't go very well. I see you added ears and a tail to flow, but you need items to go, not just black tid-bits here & there. Try & put together some kind of matching outfit, not just accessories and a body-cover.
But, good thing is, the black items go together~
=]
Overall, 2.6/10 & that's all there is to it!
