Zhan strode cooly, reaching the back wall of the basement, near to his door, and faced the wall, leaning into it slightly and not speaking. It was evident he wasn't crying, He didn't move. SOmeone might think he had just stopped working. Beat walked calmly past D, a quick hand salute style wave, no doubt he would begin a quest for p***y since the night had been so exciting.
Ceridwen was making herself useful, obviously Catzi had a good impression on her. Beat finaly made it to Zhan's side and just stood ther, waiting.
He was Biting his hand. Hard. There was a thin trickle of blood running down on each side. His eyes were closed, and his whole body was tensed up. Beat let him be for another moment, and then decided it was quite enough. He was getting even more blood on her carpet.
"Zhan, we have no time for this."
His eyes opened, and he glanced at her, aparently uncaring.
"There is cleaning and rebuilding to be done. A couple of people are injured. We have to report to you father, and there is a new batch of orphans set to come in in a coouple of days."
"I want to kill him."
"Don't lie to me."
"... I don't want anything to happen to anyone here. Ever. I would do anything to prevent it," His hand rested slightly below his chin, and his eyes stared at the wall, unfocused.
"Sometimes, you have to sacrafice your own comfortableness for others. You wish that you know that this won't happen again, but assuing it will not will cause more issues. Stop acting like a child Zhan, and face up to what has to be done."
He looked at her and went into his room, malen quickely exiting with Sai, Kenji trailing. He was in there for a few moments, and when he came out he was dressed in non-gore covered clothes, and had a very calm expression on his face.
"I am going to see my fathers Aid. I will be back..."
