"Snakes don't have easily spotted ears," Serori said. She had normal human hearing. Unless snakes have excellent hearing. But I wouldn't know.
"Neither do phoenixes," Pez said. "I think. At least the kind of phoenix I am doesn't seem to."

Ceviche randomly commented, "Rabbits have better hearing than other people... maybe that's why I sometimes hear voices that aren't there..." That last part was quieter, almost in a whisper.
Ami continued to, in a fazed-out kind of fashion, levitate the silly little smoking pancake maker. Because that was what she was doing.

Daru walked behind everybody, and said quietly to herself, "Deer can hear pretty well too.. I can move my ears in human form aswell.."
Purin just skipped infront of everybody. "Well, Purin's DHA is a Golden Lion Tamarin!! Beat that!!"
((Note:: Series 1 - Book 2 = Purin, Ichigo and Retasu go over to Minto's house and they sleep over.. and Purin says DHA instead of DNA.. xD

((*has nothing to say* Well, other than that I won't be checking here too often for a while. Homework is starting to get to be a little more, I really want to work on a comic I'm writing, rules on the proboards forum have to be rewritten, and I have an AMV to be working on on the weekends... that's not to mention that the computer has to be shared with my sisters. I'm not really mad at any of you, believe me, I just need to stop checking here as often for about a month or so.))

((What would DHA stand for, anyway? I know that DNA stands for deoxyribonucleic acid... or something like that. We learned that last year in science and it was Extra Credit on the test for that unit. And I got it right. Go me.
So now, I'm talking to Lozza about what Cinna just said (Confusing, I know): You may want to start thinking about Onyx's plot now. If we can start that up, then this one can still be going, but maybe not as fast because Cinna won't be hera as often (For reasons that She's stated).))

Sapphire glanced around and then looked to the little fairy Horu-Chan that still was perched on her shoulder; she looked as though she might fall asleep.
"You're tired, aren't you?" Sapphire whispered to Horu-Chan and the blue fairy nodded.
"I flew over the ocean. It's only natural that I'm tired," Horu-Chan pointed out softly before her eyes closed and Sapphire could see the little breaths that she took.
Putting Horu-Chan safely in her hands, Sapphire smiled; Horu-Chan could be cute when she wasn't trying to defend her words. Horu-Chan did always like to be stubborn and never likes to say that she was wrong.
