Well I just have to get the first few words then some how I instantly remember all the words. Must be all the practice they made us do in elementry school.
Now what is with people trying to change the "In God", I mean sure they can be athiest, but that doesnt mean they dont have to say it even if they dont belive it. I mean this is the orrigional Plege of Alligence. Even if they dont have a religion they should atleast say that for all the American history.

It shouldn't matter, it's the country we live in. Saying God or not, we should say it for the fact that we show appreciation to the country that we live in. ninja

It is dumb. They need to shove it, the atheists anyway. If they don't like our anthem, move to another country, or shut up! scream It's ridiculous. ninja

Why do people have to try and change such trivial things? And if they did get their way, there would only be a bunch or religious zealots petitioning to get the words back. Why can't they just do themselves and everyone else a favor and Hum? But ppl everywhere pull crap like this all the time thats whats frustrating...

Yup - just makes you wish that the non religious people ( like me) and the religious people could just accept their differences in opinions- maybe one day

Same with mine - they are always trying to force their religion on me - its really annoying - and it always reminds me of a saying I heard somewhere
"People who try to convince others of their beliefs are usually trying to convince themselves."
