Zach was clapping as he made his way back to the stage after the audio's song, watching them go back to their seats with a trace of longing in his gray eyes. Shaking that, he took the mic -quickly hiding a puzzled look at the disappearance of Relm's mic- and introduced the singer, doing Queen's "We will rock you."

Sammie, seeing the audio pair return to their seats hurried up at the table she was giving their drinks too as Relm snuggled into her date's side with a silly grin. Her walk over to them was perhps quicker than it needed to be but she did not care. She was smiling brightly, eyes sparking with an excited light. "You guys were terrific!" Deflty she picked up Keme's empty glass with a practiced sweep of her hand. "I'd never heard that one song before but, wow! And the duet... I know Zach's been wanting to get the perfect couple to sing it ever since..." She gave a sheepish look. "Well... since the first time we heard it here." The sudden darting of her dark eyes gave the impression that she wanted to say something unkind about some of their patrons but knew she both could not and should not on many levels. With a laugh the waitress continued. "And that performance, Miss! Not many try to dance with the songs, much less like that."

Relm was blushing profusely by now. "Thanks. I... think I got carried away but I hope you liked it."

Sammy was nodding, her braid swaying on her back. "Sure did! But I degress! You both probably need more waters. But is there anything else I can get for you?"

Casting a quick glance at Keme, Relm answered. "I wouldn't mind another of what I had before. But only if Keme's having something else too." leaning into his shoulder the artist looked up at the taller male, smiling just to enjoy the beautiful colors and marking that were on his face. Of course Relm knew the possible effects of alcohol. Just because she had little experience with how it would effect her did not hinder that. And she had decided upon tasting the first that her limit would be two. But she knew that she did not have to reach that limit by any means.

"Certainly you may! I'll hve both drinks and a couple of waters here in a jif!" With a grin for Keme's blush, the young woman darted off for the bar.

Relm purred into Keme's side. "Gotta admit, Hummer: this was a great idea."

Relm laughed. "Ha!! Just tell Blondie about it and she'll get her guy to come. Girl loves things like this. Morgana... well, you'd know better than I would." There was the faintest hint of a strike to her self esteem, remembering that Morgana was the one Keme had first told her about. It did not last long, but the pictomancer buried her face into Keme's colarbone anyway to ward it off & push it away.

And then Sammie was returning with their drinks. "You guys are lucky! Luce's bored with pulling beers from draft so he bumped your order up for a change of pace." Her dark eyes were shining, and a slight blush touched her cheeks as if she suspected that was not the only reason he had bumped the order. Relm snickered, turning her head enough to smile at the girl as their drinks were set down. "Thanks, Samantha."

Quirking her head slightly at Keme using a title Relm filed it away, watching the hummingbird male's face casually on the outside but studying him intensely behind. Even still buzzing Relm's keen nose for things of interest could tell that his thoughts were most likely elsewhere. And very little was of more interest for her than Keme these days. She wondered if he was still thinking of Morgana and this time was not as quick to push away the pang of jealousy. She knew it was foolish... but he had loved her and most likely still did though Relm trusted his love for her now. She knew love did not just go away most of the time. Some part of it always remained. In that perhaps she was lucky that her "crushes" were nothing more than daydreams and infatuations. Her heart had never been involved.

Samantha seeing a change over them just nodded and made change with a grin. "You're welcome. Flag me down if you'd like anything else." With a little wave she returned to the bar to pick up some beers waiting on the counter there for another table, braid swaying down her back.

The music changed, with Zach's introduction for a drunk woman singing "Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough." Relm could have smacked her for the depressing song. "Penny for your thoughts, Hummer?"

Relm smiled then said perhaps the most sickeningly sweet thing she had ever heard herself utter. "If you're thinking it, it's important enough for me."

She pouted a little at his silence, though Relm did so love how adorable he looked when blushing. And the way he rubbed at his muzzle...! Her heart fluttered in her chest as she reached for her glass & sipped deeply. Perhaps not the brightest thing to do, but she did not care right at that moment. "Fine. Don't tell me. I suppose you're also not going to tell me why you thought to have a date either."

Relm pouted cutely and trailed a finger around the buttons of his silk shirt. Oh, she wanted to look up and see how Keme would react... but that would defeat the purpose, wouldn't it? And if she looked up, Relm might not be able to hold the pout -wanting to smile for love of him. Keme... Keme... the things you make me feel... You turn my whole world upside down, and I love you for it.

As Keme's silence continued her poput became more real and less a game. Had she stepped too far? Relm hoped not. This was such a wonderful evening! It would be horrible if she should have put a stain on it now somehow. She was about to broach the matter when she saw Zach hurrying towards them with a wide grin on his face.

The DJ of course had been keeping an eye on the pair and was waiting for just such a signal as Keme's wave. "Hey! Bucko! Ready to sing another song for us?" There was a certain amount of hopeful glee about the thin man.

Relm looked up at Keme, a bright smile in her eyes. "Oh! You're going to sing again, Hummer?" All trace of pout was gone with the delight of the thought of getting to hear him sing again. She wondered if maybe he had thought of a song for both of them as well, but she was not going to ask.

Zach arched a brow even as an ultra wide grin crossed his face. "Sure do! If you're wanting to take them. Want me to list a few, or surprise you on the stage?"

Then he glanced at Relm, a soft chuckle coming from him. "Would you like to repeat how you sang last time? The bucko, the pair, then the doll?"

Relm shrugged, giving a slightly drunken giggle. "I'm game, if Keme is!"
