(You know, I've always wondered how that worked, I mean it'd be kinda hard getting the wings in and out every time you took off your shirt, not to mention the fact that the holes would be there when he folded up his wings. Although I suppose it's just as annoying to get your arms in and out of your shirt....hmmmm, and he could easily have the shirts magically made....it's not like he couldn't afford that or wouldn't have the resources. Although he loses a lot of those shirts too, it seems like every new guy in all the HQ's needs a new outfit and take's something from Arch...not to mention Ruby's clepto habit when it comes to Arch's clothes.)

Ghost stops once he catches the scent of brownies... he sniffs the air to get the direction of the brownies and suddenly forgets about being hurt and rushes to the kitchen.
Ghost gets to the kitchen and peeks in he sees Erica. "Wonder who she is" whispers to himself then walks in waves to Erica "hello how are you" he grabs all the brownies. "I'm gonna take these with me ok" he then walks through a wall then makes his way into the park to find a secretive place to munch.

Erica had a brownie in her mouth and nearly choked on it as Ghost saw her. She waved and said "fine, thanks" although it came out rather muffled with a brownie in her mouth. She was glad as he left, and considered heading back to her room herself.

Ruby's voice came from up in the branches of a tree, followed by a well aimed acorn that flew towards Ghost's head. She let out a soft sigh, obviously not in the best of moods. "You better've brought one of those brownies for me, 'less you want another acorn at your head."

Ghost jumps a little at Ruby's voice then looks up and blinks when the acorn hits him. "Hey Ruby that was a nice welcome with the acorn and all." He throws a brownie at her "and I respond with the tasty brownie attack!"

Ruby caught the brownie and took a bite. "Hmm, chocolate does solve most problems, don't it. Well welcome to the resistance, sugar." She scooted over, making some room on the branch, and then patted her hand on the bark. "Now come on up an' sit by me. An' if you do a decent job of cheerin' me up, I might heal some of those nasty scratches of yours."

"Resistance? I thought this was a club..." Ghost says in all seriousness with a slight joking tone added in. "what are you sad about?" he asks as he climbs up to sit next to Ruby

Ruby chuckled. "It is a club, an' we haze the new folks, so watch yourself." She was quiet for a moment then scratched the bitemark on her shoulder. "Just doubts again, I suppose. The other folks are both gettin' stronger, an' I don't see how any of this'll work. An' I get so restless, I wanna go out an' do somethin'. But if I go out an' do somethin' I know I'll just get hurt. Then Arch or one of the others will get hurt tryin' to save me or get me back." She shrugged, and her shoulders came back down a little lower than before. "I feel kinda useless. Plus I got bit by a nasty frog today, an' that didn't go too well." She took a soft breath, "an I had one of my bad dreams."
She turned to him, trying to put on a bit of a smile. "Wish you had gone to the entertainment room instead, don'tcha."

"So how'd you go an' get yourself all beat up like that?" Ruby smiled, "An' you're definatley useful sugar, you brought me brownies, an' are cheerin' me right up." She looked him up an' down. "Well it all started one day when I was just taking a stroll through Union when I see these human guys armed with some crazy weapons gang up on one super he is looking pretty beat up and one got him in a head lock or something so I go over and grab the super and try to phase through the ground. So these guys activate their nulling thing and we are both stuck in the ground about half way. then these humans enslave us and force us to fight against other supers and I was trying to talk the other guy into playing nice even accidentally kissed me this crazy guy did... but anyway I start fighting back he kicks my a** I was practically dead so the humans tossed me out. so I hung out more like could really move much I was so hurt then I finally could so I came here... it was a bad time. And this isn't my outfit I stole it from someones room had to bypass some security stuff just to get in and this shirt has two holes in the back of it" he says in one breath really fast.

"So your were forced to fight some dude, and got the crap kicked out of you?" Ruby asked, chuckling after a moment. "Oh, and sug, I know it's not your outfit, I'd recognize those clothes anywhere. My only question is, how'd you manage to hack into the very high tech security system to bypass the card scan, the eye scan, and fingerprint scan, not to mention the general anti-powerfield stuff, find a room that was down in the lower floors, an' do all that without knowin' the layout of the buildin?" Ruby chuckled again. "Now that's what I'd call serendipitous. So yeah, sug, that was my room too, so I'm hopin you didn't go through my underwear drawer...." She looked at him with a slanted glance, "or try any of it on."

Ghost pulls out the blueprints for the building... "I have the blueprints and no I didn't go through your stuff. And you security system isn't all that easy to hack into. Oh yeah the system should be back up already too."

Ruby laughed, "I don't know where you managed to get those, but I ain't gonna bother askin'. So you purposely went into mine an' Arch's room, hmm? Any reason, or're you just tryin' to bother the angel some?"
