The cannon ball that hit the vampirate ship's rutter made an awfull noise under the sea and Choryl didn't know what had happened. She peeked out from her underwater cave to see what was going on. Choryl saw the cannon ball shoot out from the underside of a different ship and she could only assume it came from the one she visited moments ago. Why was the new ship firing? "Why do people always fight?" she said to a small school of banded rutter fish. Then Choryl took off in the direction of the attacked ship to check out the damage. If some treasure would fall out she would add it to her collection.

"Alright they are immobalized, steer this ship up along their backside little missy." Rex called out to the girl at the helm of the ship. "Everyone also prepare to board their ship, we will take these guys down and go to the nearest sailors guild to collect our pay!"
Rex then stood on the bow as the ship begain to near the enemy vessle. He placed his hands on the opossing saber and drew them both, without catch from their scabbards. He held the one in his left hand with its oint resting against the soft wood of the decks floor, whilst the other was held high, the sun reflecting off the black surface to give it a greyish hue. The sword was symbolic in the way it was held though. It was signifying to the others as if it was shoting "Charge!" simular to the swords that the calvery used when pushing their troops into battle.

"Toward the backside, Aye aye." yelled Rowan down to the guy with the swords. "Hay, LoudMouth." she continued to no answer, "George. I need your help with sommat, can you come here for a spell?" asked Rowan as George made ready to leave ship.

Maria sighed. "Perhaps we'll have time to talk later?" She pulled a small dager from her belt and a little tube of back sand. She pourd the sand out of the tube and onto the dagger, which imediatly started to glow. She walked over and held the dager above her head.

((Sorry about my absence. There was an unexpected turn of events at home and this wasn't exactly at the top of my priority list of things to do. Anyway, I'll be in and out for a bit because I'm am not sure when everything will go back to normal.))
Lilla listened intently as the captain spoke and then turned to Maria with a more serious expression. "Sure," she said looking at her while tucking the book and egg beneath her outer garment. Lilla watched as Maria poured sand on her dagger causing it glow with a brilliance she hadn't seen before, and when she walked over with the dagger above her head. Lilla calculated Maria's actions and movements carefully while gaining a defensive stance and aura. She was ready to either move quickly or attempt a counter with her free hand that could be depended on in a need to conjure an item. Normally, Lilla's reflexes aren't the fastest, but when combined with her acute sense of instinct and an observant state of mind such as the current contemplation of every slight movement, she can avoid any serious bodily harm.

After the crash on the enemy ship, George was estatic, then as some of the other crew members were busy talking, he attempted to sneak to the top of the ship so he could join in the fight that he just knew was coming.
there's always one after a crash! he thought, as he based this info off of the stories he heard.
The Captain had just spoken about collecting pay when George was getting ready to jump. About that time, the short helms lady called over to George. Damn! they spotted me! Wait! what did she say?!
"No way! You Witch!!! You will not turn me into a toad!!!!!!"
George then ran quickly back to his twins side so that Jarek could protect him from the young hag.

As the damaged ship slowed down and the advancing ship came up behind her, Choryl watched intently as each crew moved to one side of their ship. The first crew preparing to defend their ship and the second crew preparing to board it. It appeared as if the first ship was defenseless, but then, suddenly, it positioned it's three cannons at the ready so if the second ship pulled up along side they could fire directly on it! Watch out for the cannons, Choryl thought, not directed to anyone in particular.

As the two ships neared Rex, followed by Scott, jumped over the railing and landed on the enemies deck with out the assistance of ropes. The captain then crossed his two swords in an x-shaped fasion and bolted forward with his inhuman speed mowing down a line of spectators who came to see the ship that was approaching as the Captain spread his swords apart severing the victems at the waist. At the end of the dash he stood and calmly said, Demon Slash.
Scott on the other hand was waving his sword through the air and bring it down on the other pirates as if it were a whip. Or the other attack he was using consited of him swinging it paralel to the ground, which in turn would take out large groups the were in front of him.

Maria had also jumped onto the other ship. She went over to the captain and hisperd loud eouh for only him to hear. "Leave the captain to me. I know him, somewhat." She then ran bellow deck.

Choryl swam around both ships and watched the activities. No treasure was falling from the first ship and that was a bit disappointing. Then she saw some gold sparkle at the back of the attacking ship but after closer examination found it was only the ship’s name written in gold paint--The Barracuda. How appropriate, that description very closely reflects the activities of this crew, or at least it appeared so to this mermaid. Choryl observed the crew of The Barracuda quickly board and subdue the crew of its prey. It was obvious they know what they were doing. The defeated crew didn’t have a chance.
But the victory didn’t appear to be a celebration. The Barracuda crew wasn’t acting the same as others that raided in these waters—laughing at the misfortune of others and taunting the survivors before taking their lives anyway. There was a sense of duty, a cause yet unknown to discover. Choryl just had to find out what the reasons for this attack were.

Maria was looking through boxes stored on the ship. She threw thing every where, and she finaly found it. A simple gold ring with a picture in it. "Perfect..." She whisperd. She ran back on deck and held it in the air. Some of the vampirates stoped fighting and looked at her, recognizing it. She smiled.
