XWraith_LordX I gave up reading Mein Kampf. I thought it would be interesting, but it just annoyed me and was sort of boring. Then I starting skimming around and looking at random sections of it, and a lot of it was just ridiculous and stupid, and boring and whatever. It was disapointing, I thought it would be a lot.... better....if that's a word I can use to describe it. confused Apparently Mussolini and I are of the same opinion on it. I don't actually have to read it, but I have to know a bit about that book for my global test tomorrow. T.T
I actually thought it would be kind of interesting too, considering the scenario Hitler was in.
Right now I'm reading A Tale of Two Cities. It was boring at first, but midway in Book 3 it's pretty interesting, especially the plot twist although I saw the ending coming.

Kushiel's Chosen; Kushiel's Legacy book two by Jacqueline Carey.
If I am on book two, its obvious I found book one to be amazing.
I would recommend it to everyone. Phedre is amazing, you simply must check out the story.
There are six books in the series now, and a seventh on the way. I own three, have read one the whole way through, and am nearly done the second. Before I read the third, I've promised myself to read Secret Garden again.
At this time, I am also most notably reading Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder, which I adore; I love philosophy, so a book written as a work of fiction but which fairly represents multiple views of philosophy is just the most amazing thing to me, and I'm engrossed in the storyline.
And Labyrinth by Kate Mosse, which is well-written from a technical point of view, but the characters haven't quite sunk their teeth into me yet. (Of course, I've only just begun the tale, so I should give it more of a fair chance before writing it off as boring.)
Of course, I'm also part-way through a few other books right now. I have this keen ability to read like twelve books at a time and keep the storylines straight in my head. Among all the storylines, worlds, characters, and creatures I've created on my own over the years.

I am currently reading The Alchemyst by Michael Scott. It's really awesome because it has something in it for everyone. It has Fantasy (plenty of monsters, magic and mayhem), Adventure (Sophie and Josh can't seem to stay out of trouble), Mythology (Anyone heard of Hecate, Greek godess of Witches?), Suspense (I'm still waiting to see if Perenelle and Nicholas die in the end and it's driving me crazy!), plus, a vamp or two for those of you who like that sort of thing (although Scathach is pretty cool without being a vamp) Sound cool? Heck yeah! I won't spoil the ending, paticularly since I haven't read it yet, but still, it's a great read, and you should check it out.
