She held him closer "Don't scare me like that!!" She said in a breathless voice. "I thought you were going to say you couldn't be with me or something...I don't care I love you. No matter what you look like Ran." She said softly as she ran her hands through his soft fur...So happy to see him again.

*Ran smiled a weak yet happy smile at her words. She was indeed an angel sent to him to help him amend for his sins. He nuzzled his small nose against her shoulder and almost started to cry himself* I-I love you too...and thank you.

No, it wasn't so bad. I'm well connected so I got off easy. *Ran smiled a false smile as he spoke. He was physically and mentally tortured his entire time there. Had they thought any more of him, they could have at least killed him. Yet, Ranpha didn't need to know this*

She didn't believe him one bit, after that scene on the roof. She did not press the matter however because she didn't want an excuse for him to sneak away again.

What about you? *Ran motioned at the wound on Ranpha's side. He noticed it earlier but failed to bring it up* Did someone do that to you? *Ran's tone dropped heavily with his last question. He couldn't imagine anyone wanting to hurt Ranpha, but if they did, he could find ways to make them pay for it. Even if he was trapped in this form* stressed

((Well.. while waiting in ccs.. I decided to let Kuroi do some more so here it goes...))
After a nap, shower, and eating 3 cartons of ice cream... Kuroi was ready to venture outside again! He changed his clothes and headed out.. hoping that Satan wouldn't smite him on the sidewalk! He wanted to find some of the others to see how they were doing.. he'd prefer to find Cain first since he was worried about her.. but any of his friends would do..

She blinked "oh? I...fell... running down some stairs." she said quietly, it was a little fuzzy she couldn't remember much but that was mainly the worst thing she could remember.

Oh...okay. *Kisa looked towards the ground as they walked. It seemed like a bad subject for Cain so she didn't want to continue discussing it if it made her feel bad* So, uh...are you and my brother still friends and stuff? *She asked with a smile. With Cain's change in appearance, she could only wonder if perhaps they had become maybe, more than friends?*

If something were to happen to you then there's not much I can do to help. stare *Was that really the right thing to say? Probably not, but he was just telling her the facts. If things were going to be like this, then Ranpha was almost on her own and Ran...was nearly nothing more than a pet* sad

Okay, that's fine. *Kisa smiled reassuringly at Cain. She didn't really know what an amusement park was, so she had no idea what she was missing out on. Yet, the name Kuroi seemed familiar to her and she pondered on it* Um...Cain-senpai, is Kuroi...is he the one who used to be, you know, Satan's advisor? *That was the extent that she knew of Kuroi's relationship with the Dark Lord. Ignorance is bliss, or so they say*
