pre-season gonk sad just thinking about running 2 miles long distance and possibly either suicide sprints(called that for a reason too!) or 100 yard sprints. suicide sprints are up a hill and its like a ladder--you sprint to the first cone and back, second- back, third-back, and fourth-back. after you do that one time, you get a freakin 30 second break! then you do this repeatedly for about 10 times! sweatdrop belive it or not, but compared to 100 yd sprints, that's like paradise! gonk sweatdrop
