Nyu_Panda_King yoshi_mitsuko Nyu_Panda_King Nyu_Panda_King Time Matrix 3 - With this jutsu Yuri can use chakra to completely stop a certain area or object. This technique will last for 1 post for every 100k skill points Yuri has. This technique can also only be used once for every 100k skill points the user has per battle. Last one. This was a few pages back. ya see...none of us can control time...which is a demension which you can only move FORWARD in. if you can put them in a genjutsu..it messes with their mind...just like crack or crystal meth. So you can only make people think time has slowed or stopped. I'm just basicly using my chakra to stop something. It's name is just Time Matrix 3. Bone wha about mine? xp

Nyu ~ Dude, I don't like the idea of you being able to stop an area. If you use a technique and they try to jump away from it, you can use this to stop them. It's a no.

Byakkou roaring shockwave: last drought of summer A-rank offensive long range creates a scalding current of air that forms a huge dust cloud by turning the soil instantly to dust. Then the boiling dust bowl will rush towards the opponent... genbu stardust shower: first hail of fall A-rank offensive all ranges except short range by freezing a section of the atmosphere temporarily, mitsuko causes large meteors from outer space to fall in and crush the opposition Skygate S-rank offensive/ deffensive medium range mitsuko alters her flow of chakra and makes all electrical currents pass freely through her body without harm. In this state, mitsuko can channel the lightning from the sky to create a network of lightning tendrils that snake from every chakra point in her body. The attack covers every angle within a radius of 30m. after this technique...there is a 1 post pause where mitsuko cannot use any chakra. yeah...i know this is alot Ummm... Yes... Yes... and no on the Skygate. i can alter it a bit...but you gotta give me a reason why it's a no-no... You can't have a freakin' S-rank technique until you hit Jounin. That's why. xp that's it...? i'll just wait for it then. I thought it was too powerful or somethin' sheesh. My ice cradle tech is also S-rank...but i can wait till i hit jounnin...in about a month or 2

If this is accepted please add it to replace my empty made up. --------- Time Triangle Description: This technique allows Seki to alter the time it takes to do things. It can only be used once per battle and lasts exactly 1 hour. How it would work? Example 1: Let's say Seki planted some tree seeds in this empty space, he used Time Triangle to fast forward time to change the area to a giant forest. Example 2: Seki can slightly age his opponent (Only to at max 40 years old). His opponent is old, MIGHT have weaker bones, depends on the RPer opinion, but they have all the experience off the battles they fought throughout the time. (Also, if they're like the fourth hokage that will still be strong at 69 lol). This has 90% chance of actually helding them making them stronger from experience of battles that still haven't happened. Example 3: Seki can age himself, but unlike his opponents he doesn't have a restriction for how high it can be. He gains experience from aging too. ---------- Well actually these are the only 3 ways he can use it. It seems pretty dumb I know but I just wanted to see if it will be approved. Lol that's exactly like my time matrix 2. You are too low level to get a technique that evolves time. I think. I kind of like it. Make the max 20 years older than they are at the start of the technique and I say a yes. mrgreen That tech is just MEAN...how can you take away people's youth? it's inhumane... cry

How should I say it, my character doesn't care about youth. I was planning to do it on myself anyways to increase my power beyond the stars but I've decided not to. If you read the thing for my clan, it Say's they range from thoasands of years old. If I don't take an damage or injuries, I can still have thoasands of year in theory. By doing this technique, I gain experiments from battles that havne't happened but are going to come and due to it not happening, I don't get injured so I get super strong really fast. So I will never use this technique. It's really god modding. 3nodding

jashu555 Well, you'd get bloodline traits to. Something you conveniently forgot to mention. no, how could I get blood line traits if there is no blood in the puppets? I didn't say anything because I thought it was common sense. I know I wouldn't be able to use the uchia eye or the byugan, or any other such jutsu that use them. Just the physical things and the jutsu that don't involve stuff like that. Like the chidori. Also I'll use it for custom jutsu, like I think seki's 9 seal serpent destiny jutsu. Where he turns fish like, that would be wierd to do if you just had a puppet and not your self. So.... Now that I have clarified is it any better?

What you really remember are short lived fight and my combo technique. Your so nice Hurdy, that you would remember it. blaugh Oh, yah, now for posting. I thought up a technique while in lunch today. ------- Akai Yuki no Jutsu (Literally, Red Ice Jutsu) Description: Similar to my Aoi Yuki no Jutsu (Blue Ice Jutsu), it doesn't require hand seals after activation. It allows Seki to manipulate Red Colored Ice but it doesn't need the high moisture levels like Aoi Yuki no Jutsu. The ice also has a special where if it touches the opponents skin it burns them like their arm's on fire. ------- Also, this is random but is it possible to make Higher Level Techniques if they are disabled until the user completes certain objectives. Like that Maygekou Sharigan thing where you have to kill your best friend to activate it.
