You mean how did I deal with losing the dearly beloved.
Not going to specify who, what happened, and how many passed from my life from 2001, but most of the time I just cry until I can think no more of the person. Then I'd write a few letters to the person and bury it somewhere. Sometimes letting out whatever you wanted to tell that person if he/she was still alive helps.
