It never ceased to amaze him how many people wanted to play with his hair. Probably because of the color but he wasn't about to start complaining.

Kaleb slowly got through the drink, not looking quite so dejected once he reached the bottom of the glass as he had with his previous one.

"Of course i will." He licked the musician's cheek and then noticed Kaleb's drink was finished.
"Well then. Looks like it's time to go." He slid Demy off his lap. "You take Kaleb outside and i'll go take care of the tab"

Kaleb's first fuzzy thought was that he could take himself out, but even though he was still able to speak in coherent and unslurred sentances, his motor coordination and balance was completely shot. As he soon found out while standing up, and nearly falling over.

Demy pouted slightly as he was removed from Reno's lap. But...perhaps it was for the best. The red-head had promised to take them home and have fun afterall. Ears twitching, Demy walked over and wrapped an arm around Kaleb. "Cmon, I'll help ya out."Doing his best to support the mage, Demy walked him outside to wait for Reno.

He went to the counter to pay for their drinks before he headed out to find the other two. Slinging an arm around Demy he smirked. "Onward and homeward ... after we find my car."

It was a good thing Kaleb was so scrawny, he really wouldn't have been able to manage the walk out without leaning on Demy. "Thanks," he said rather sheepishly, feeling rather embarassed that he couldn't keep his balance on his own.

"I know where it is, no worries." He'd left it in one of the nice big garages. The only problem was that it was a rather nice car since it belonged to Rufus and if anyone had touched it he'd be in trouble later.

Kaleb offered Demy a smile in return, but he still clung rather unsteadily. He was relieved that Reno hadn't lost the car, he certainly wouldn't have been able to walk anywhere very easily.

He headed down the street toward the garage. It wouldn't take them long to get there and get to Rufus' bright red sports car. Reno loved the thing since it was showy and fast and so far most of the cop's in town knew better than to pull it over.

Kaleb leaned on Demy a little less as they got closer to the garage, but he still stayed close for balance. He had a feeling that the moment he let go of the musician he would simply fall over, and that would have been embarassed if he hadn't had enough alcohol to mess up his coordination in the first place.
